7. The waterborne epoxy self-leveling topcoat paint of claim 1, wherein the curing agent is an epoxy curing agent, a polyamide curing agent, or a waterborne amine curing agent.

8. The waterborne epoxy self-leveling topcoat of claim 1, wherein the wax emulsion is at least one of a polyethylene wax emulsion, a paraffin wax emulsion, and a palm wax emulsion.

9. A method of making the waterborne epoxy self-leveling topcoat of any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:

(1) putting the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin, the polyester resin, the carbon nanofiber powder, the polyphenyl powder, the nano montmorillonite and the quartz powder into a stirrer according to a proportion, mixing and stirring for 5-10 min, then adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent, a wax emulsion and a diatomite dispersion liquid, dispersing at a high speed, and increasing the rotating speed to 1000-2000 rpm;

(2) adding a curing agent, charging nitrogen gas, stirring at a low speed in vacuum, and stirring at a rotating speed of 500-600 rpm for 8-12 min.

The invention relates to the technical field of floor paint, in particular to a water-based epoxy self-leveling finish paint and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The epoxy floor coating has the advantages of no seam, solid texture, corrosion resistance, water resistance, dust prevention, convenient maintenance, low maintenance cost and the like, so the epoxy floor coating is widely applied to the floors of workshops and parking lots of product factories requiring high cleanness, attractiveness, dust-free and sterility, such as medicine, electric appliances, electronics, machinery, chemical engineering, textile, clothing, furniture, plastics, cultural and the like. However, the adhesion, weather and heat resistance, wear resistance and hardness of the existing epoxy floor coatings are still to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a water-based epoxy self-leveling finish paint and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a water-based epoxy self-leveling finish paint, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

wherein the acid value of the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin is 70-100 mgKOH/g, and the epoxy value equivalent weight is 600-830 g/eq; the acid value of the polyester resin is 70-85 mgKOH/g, and the epoxy equivalent weight is 700-830 g/eq.

Preferably, the particle size of the quartz powder is 100 to 120 meshes, and the particle size of the nano montmorillonite is 150 to 200 meshes.

Preferably, the defoaming agent is phenethyl alcohol oleate, polydimethylsiloxane, polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene amine ether or polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene pentaerythritol ether.

Preferably, the leveling agent is a BYK-323 leveling agent or a BYK-3550 leveling agent.

The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of a water-based epoxy self-leveling finish paint, which comprises the following steps:

(1) putting the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin, the polyester resin, the carbon nanofiber powder, the polyphenyl powder, the nano montmorillonite and the quartz powder into a stirrer according to a proportion, mixing and stirring for 5-10 min, then adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent, a wax emulsion and a diatomite dispersion liquid, dispersing at a high speed, and increasing the rotating speed to 1000-2000 rpm;

(2) adding a curing agent, charging nitrogen gas, stirring at a low speed in vacuum, and stirring at a rotating speed of 500-600 rpm for 8-12 min.

Preferably, the preparation method of the diatomite dispersion liquid is as follows:

1. the coating is reasonable in formula proportion, consists of blocked isocyanate modified epoxy resin, polyester resin, carbon nanofiber powder, polyphenyl powder, nano montmorillonite, quartz powder, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent, a wax emulsion, a diatomite dispersion liquid and a curing agent, has very strong adhesive force, is wear-resistant, high in hardness, good in heat preservation and heat insulation performance, good in weather resistance, heat resistance and flame retardance, and is non-toxic, pollution-free, safe and environment-friendly.

2. According to the invention, the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin and the polyester resin are combined, so that the adhesion of the finish paint can be obviously improved, the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin and the polyester resin can be quickly cured by the curing agent, the toughness of the coating is improved, the acid value of the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin is 70-100 mgKOH/g, the epoxy equivalent is 600-830 g/eq, the acid value of the polyester resin is 70-85 mgKOH/g, the epoxy equivalent is 700-830 g/eq, and the crosslinking density of the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin after the curing reaction with the polyester resin is higher.

3. The nano carbon fiber powder is combined with the polyphenyl powder, the nano carbon fiber powder has a pore structure, so that the finish paint has good heat insulation performance, meanwhile, the nano carbon fiber powder has high strength, can enhance the wear resistance of the finish paint, is corrosion resistant, can enhance the corrosion resistance of the finish paint, has excellent crack resistance, low heat conductivity coefficient and good heat insulation performance, and can increase the heat insulation performance of the finish paint when being used together with the nano carbon fiber powder.

4. The nano montmorillonite can be used as a filler of the finish paint to increase the hardness, and can also be coated on the surface of the carbon nanofiber powder to further enhance the heating performance of the carbon nanofiber powder and improve the weather resistance, heat resistance and flame retardance, and the nano montmorillonite can enhance the water resistance and ultraviolet resistance. The nano montmorillonite, the nano carbon fiber powder and the polyphenyl powder are combined, so that the wear resistance and the self density of a finish paint film can be greatly improved.

5. The diatomite dispersion liquid has the characteristics of large porosity, strong absorptivity, stable chemical property, less impurities, wear resistance, heat resistance and the like, can provide excellent surface performance for finish paint, and can increase the volume, thicken and improve the adhesive force, so that the paint film is shortened in drying time.

Wherein the acid value of the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin is 70mgKOH/g, and the epoxy equivalent weight is 600 g/eq; the acid value of the polyester resin is 70mgKOH/g, and the epoxy equivalent weight is 700 g/eq.

Wherein the acid value of the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin is 80mgKOH/g, and the epoxy equivalent weight is 700 g/eq; the acid value of the polyester resin is 75mgKOH/g, and the epoxy value equivalent is 800 g/eq.

The particle size of the quartz powder is 1000 meshes, and the particle size of the nano montmorillonite is 160 meshes.

The defoaming agent is polydimethylsiloxane. The leveling agent is a BYK-323 leveling agent. The dispersing agent is polyoxyethylene ether dispersing agent. The anti-settling agent is modified polyurea N-methyl pyrrolidone. The curing agent is a polyamide curing agent. The wax emulsion is paraffin wax emulsion.

Wherein the acid value of the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin is 100mgKOH/g, and the epoxy equivalent weight is 800 g/eq; the acid value of the polyester resin is 85mgKOH/g, and the epoxy value equivalent is 800 g/eq.

The particle size of the quartz powder is 120 meshes, and the particle size of the nano montmorillonite is 160 meshes.

The defoaming agent is polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether. The leveling agent is a BYK-3550 leveling agent. The dispersant is a silicate dispersant. The anti-settling agent is amide modified castor oil. The curing agent is a water-based amine curing agent. The wax emulsion is a palm wax emulsion.

A preparation method of a water-based epoxy self-leveling finish paint comprises the following steps:

75 parts of blocked isocyanate modified epoxy resin; 75 parts of polyester resin; 15 parts of carbon nanofiber powder; 8 parts of polyphenyl powder; 20 parts of nano montmorillonite; 120 parts of quartz powder; 0.3 part of defoaming agent; 1 part of a leveling agent; 0.5 part of a dispersant; 0.5 part of anti-settling agent; 100 parts of a curing agent; 8 parts of wax emulsion; 8 parts of a diatomite dispersion liquid.

Wherein the acid value of the block isocyanate modified epoxy resin is 100mgKOH/g, and the epoxy equivalent weight is 830 g/eq; the acid value of the polyester resin is 85mgKOH/g, and the epoxy equivalent weight is 830 g/eq.
