1. The method for extracting the pyroligneous liquor by quickly treating the condensate of the carbonization furnace is characterized by comprising the following steps:

A. putting the condensate of the carbonization furnace into a container, adding powdered charcoal into the container according to the proportion that not less than 3 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of the condensate of the carbonization furnace, stirring the materials in the container for more than 3min for adsorbing tar, phenols and aldehydes toxic and harmful substances in the condensate of the carbonization furnace, and simultaneously decoloring the condensate of the carbonization furnace and removing peculiar smell;

B. placing the material treated in the step A into micro-nano air flotation equipment, floating powdery charcoal under the action of micro-nano bubbles, discharging floating separated charcoal out of the micro-nano air flotation equipment through a slag discharge port of the micro-nano air flotation equipment, discharging floating oil and dissolved oil contained in the material out of the micro-nano air flotation equipment along with the powdery charcoal, discharging solid matters which can be used as raw materials or carbon fertilizers of soil conditioners, and conveying discharged liquid substances back to the container in the step A to be mixed with condensate of a carbonization furnace;

C. and (3) performing membrane filtration treatment on the material which is not discharged from a slag discharge port of the micro-nano air floatation equipment in the micro-nano air floatation equipment, further separating powdery charcoal and macromolecular organic matters in the material, conveying the concentrated solution generated by the membrane filtration treatment back to the container in the step A to be mixed with the condensate of the carbonization furnace, and obtaining clear solution which is wood vinegar solution through the membrane filtration treatment.

The method for rapidly processing and extracting the pyroligneous liquor by the charring furnace condensate as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step A, the powdered charcoal is added into the container according to the proportion that 5-50 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of the charring furnace condensate, and then the materials in the container are stirred for 5-30min, wherein the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 50 meshes; in the step B, the powdery charcoal floats upwards under the action of micro-nano bubbles of 10-30 um; and C, adopting an organic membrane or a ceramic membrane for membrane filtration treatment in the step C.

The method for rapidly processing and extracting pyroligneous liquor through carbonization furnace condensate according to claim 2, wherein in the step A, ultrasonic waves are adopted to stir the materials in the container, the stirring time is 10-25min, and the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 80 meshes.

The method for rapidly processing and extracting pyroligneous liquor by using carbonization furnace condensate as claimed in claim 3, wherein in the step A, powdered charcoal is added into a container according to the proportion that 10-40 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of carbonization furnace condensate, and then the materials in the container are stirred for 15-20min, wherein the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 120 meshes.

The method for rapidly processing and extracting pyroligneous liquor by using carbonization furnace condensate as claimed in claim 4, wherein in the step A, powdered charcoal is added into a container according to the proportion that 20-30 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of carbonization furnace condensate, and the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 200 meshes.

6. The method for rapid processing of carbonized oven condensate to extract pyroligneous liquor as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said step A further comprises heating the contents of the vessel to a temperature of 30 ℃ to 80 ℃ with stirring.

7. The method for extracting pyroligneous liquor through rapid treatment of carbonized furnace condensate as claimed in claim 6, wherein said step A further comprises heating the contents of the container to 35-70 ℃ and stirring.

8. The method for extracting pyroligneous liquor through rapid treatment of carbonized furnace condensate as claimed in claim 7, wherein said step A further comprises heating the contents of the container to 40-60 ℃ and stirring.

9. Method for the rapid treatment of pyroligneous liquor extracted from carbonized oven condensate according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the powdered charcoal is replaced by powdered diatomaceous earth, powdered zeolite, powdered modified zeolite or powdered bentonite.

10. The method for extracting pyroligneous liquor through rapid treatment of carbonized oven condensate as claimed in claim 9, wherein said step a further comprises heating the contents of the container to a temperature of 30-80 ℃ and stirring.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a method for extracting pyroligneous liquor by quickly treating carbonized furnace condensate.

Background

Pyroligneous liquor is also called plant acid, is a reddish brown liquid obtained by condensing and separating a steam gas mixture derived after biomass such as wood is subjected to dry distillation in dry distillation equipment such as a carbonization furnace, a condensate of the carbonization furnace is a mixture with very complex components, the condensate of the carbonization furnace is directly obtained from the dry distillation and condensation equipment, is also called crude pyroligneous liquor, is a brownish black liquid, contains a large amount of tar, harmful substances and the like, and needs to be further refined according to different purposes.

The existing method for treating and extracting wood vinegar liquid is to statically place crude wood vinegar liquid obtained during biomass dry distillation in a liquid storage tank for more than three months, and when the crude wood vinegar liquid is clarified, the crude wood vinegar liquid is divided into two layers, wherein the upper layer is clarified wood vinegar liquid, and the lower layer is precipitated wood tar. The clarified pyroligneous liquor is further processed to obtain acetic acid (or acetate), propionic acid, butyric acid, methanol, organic solvent and other products, and the precipitated wood tar is processed to obtain creosote, wood tar anti-polymerization agent, pitch and other products. However, the conventional method for treating and extracting the pyroligneous liquor cannot rapidly treat the condensate of the carbonization furnace directly, so that the condensate of the carbonization furnace can be treated into the pyroligneous liquor by using a large amount of liquid storage tanks, and the time for treating and extracting the pyroligneous liquor is very long, so that the production efficiency is very low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for quickly treating and extracting pyroligneous liquor by using the condensate of the carbonization furnace, which can directly and quickly treat the condensate of the carbonization furnace, can prepare the pyroligneous liquor with high quality by one-step treatment without using a large amount of liquid storage tanks, and has the advantages of short time for treating and extracting the pyroligneous liquor, high production efficiency, good product quality and low production energy consumption.

The method for quickly treating and extracting the pyroligneous liquor by using the condensate of the carbonization furnace comprises the following steps:

A. putting the condensate of the carbonization furnace into a container, adding powdered charcoal into the container according to the proportion that not less than 3 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of the condensate of the carbonization furnace, stirring the materials in the container for more than 3min for adsorbing tar, phenols and aldehydes toxic and harmful substances in the condensate of the carbonization furnace, and simultaneously decoloring the condensate of the carbonization furnace and removing peculiar smell;

B. placing the material treated in the step A into micro-nano air flotation equipment, floating powdery charcoal under the action of micro-nano bubbles, discharging floating separated charcoal out of the micro-nano air flotation equipment through a slag discharge port of the micro-nano air flotation equipment, discharging floating oil and dissolved oil contained in the material out of the micro-nano air flotation equipment along with the powdery charcoal, discharging solid matters which can be used as raw materials or carbon fertilizers of soil conditioners, and conveying discharged liquid substances back to the container in the step A to be mixed with condensate of a carbonization furnace;

C. and (3) performing membrane filtration treatment on the material which is not discharged from a slag discharge port of the micro-nano air floatation equipment in the micro-nano air floatation equipment, further separating powdery charcoal and macromolecular organic matters in the material, conveying the concentrated solution generated by the membrane filtration treatment back to the container in the step A to be mixed with the condensate of the carbonization furnace, and obtaining clear solution which is wood vinegar solution through the membrane filtration treatment.

Preferably, in the step A, according to the proportion that 5-50 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of the condensate of the carbonization furnace, powdery charcoal is added into the container, then the material in the container is stirred for 5-30min, and the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 50 meshes; in the step B, the powdery charcoal floats upwards under the action of micro-nano bubbles of 10-30 um; and C, adopting an organic membrane or a ceramic membrane for membrane filtration treatment in the step C.

Preferably, in the step A, the materials in the container are stirred by ultrasonic waves for 10-25min, and the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 80 meshes;

preferably, in the step a, powdered charcoal is added into the container according to a proportion that 10-40 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of the condensate of the carbonization furnace, and then the material in the container is stirred for 15-20min, wherein the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 120 meshes.

Preferably, in the step a, powdered charcoal is added into the container according to a proportion that 20-30 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of the condensate of the carbonization furnace, and the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 200 meshes.

Preferably, the step A also comprises heating the materials in the container to 30-80 ℃ for stirring.

The invention relates to a method for quickly treating and extracting pyroligneous liquid from condensate of a carbonization furnace, which adopts powdery charcoal to adsorb toxic and harmful substances such as tar, phenols and aldehydes in the condensate of the carbonization furnace, further utilizes micro-nano air flotation equipment to quickly and efficiently float the powdery charcoal under the action of micro-nano bubbles, the floated and separated charcoal is discharged out of the micro-nano air flotation equipment through a slag discharge port of the micro-nano air flotation equipment, meanwhile floating oil and dissolved oil contained in materials are discharged out of the micro-nano air flotation equipment along with the powdery charcoal, then creatively carries out membrane filtration treatment on the materials which are not discharged out of the slag discharge port of the micro-nano air flotation equipment in the micro-nano air flotation equipment, the powdery charcoal and macromolecular organic matters contained in the materials are further separated, concentrated liquid generated by the membrane filtration treatment is conveyed back to a container in the step A to be mixed with the condensate of the carbonization furnace, the clear liquid obtained by membrane filtration is wood vinegar. Due to the specific technical characteristics of the invention, the method for quickly treating the carbonized furnace condensate to extract the pyroligneous liquor has the characteristics that the carbonized furnace condensate can be directly and quickly treated, the carbonized furnace condensate can be treated at one time without using a large amount of liquid storage tanks to prepare the high-quality pyroligneous liquor, the time for treating and extracting the pyroligneous liquor is short, the production efficiency is high, the product quality is good, and the production energy consumption is low.

Detailed Description

According to the invention, the membrane processor process, the micro-nano air flotation process and the carbon powder and activated carbon vibration adsorption process are utilized to treat the charcoal carbonization furnace condensate to produce the high-quality pyroligneous liquor, charcoal residue carbon powder generated by the carbonization furnace is used as a raw material for quickly treating the carbonization furnace condensate, and charcoal powder adsorbing tar and pyroligneous liquor can be used as a charcoal fertilizer for producing and preparing the soil conditioner. The method can directly and quickly treat the condensate of the carbonization furnace, does not need to utilize a large amount of liquid storage tanks to perform standing separation on the condensate of the carbonization furnace, and can prepare the condensate of the carbonization furnace into high-quality pyroligneous liquor by one-time treatment, so that the method is particularly suitable for producing various series products by using the pyroligneous liquor generated in the production of charcoal, improving the quality of the pyroligneous liquor and upgrading the existing production equipment.

The method for quickly treating and extracting the pyroligneous liquor by using the condensate of the carbonization furnace comprises the following steps:

As a further improvement of the invention, in the step A, according to the proportion that 5-50 parts by weight of charcoal powder is added into 100 parts by weight of the condensate of the carbonization furnace, powdery charcoal is added into a container, then the materials in the container are stirred for 5-30min, and the mesh number of the added charcoal powder is 50 meshes; in the step B, the powdery charcoal floats upwards under the action of micro-nano bubbles of 10-30 um; and C, adopting an organic membrane or a ceramic membrane for membrane filtration treatment in the step C.
