the second step is that: the reciprocating motor 14 rotates and drives the rotating mounting column 15 to rotate after the speed changing effect of the gearbox, the rotating mounting column 15 rotates and drives the iron collecting mechanism 3 and the cotton grabbing mechanism 4 to rotate around the center position of the rotating mounting column 15, when iron blocks appear in cotton, the annular magnet 22 rotates to adsorb the iron blocks, the iron blocks are adsorbed on the outer surface of the elastic layer 23, the iron-attracting rotating shaft 21 rotates and drives the annular magnet 22 to rotate, the elastic layer 23 is further driven to rotate, the adsorbed iron blocks are opposite to the strong magnet 39, the iron blocks of the strong magnet 39 adsorb and move upwards, the iron blocks move and drive the sliding connecting plate 31 and the elastic belt rope 34 to move upwards, the elastic belt rope 34 moves upwards to drive the curved switch frame 37 to move upwards, the electrode contact blocks 38 are further driven to contact with each other, and the circuit is connected;

the third step: after the circuit is connected, the electromagnet 351 is electrified to generate magnetic force, the magnetic force adsorbs the permanent magnet 353 to move horizontally, so that the sliding connecting plate 31 is driven to move horizontally on the inner side of the fixed sliding chute 352, the sliding connecting plate 31 moves to drive the elastic belt rope 34 to stretch, when the elastic belt rope 34 slides to the inner cavity of the silicon iron box 35, the gravity of the iron block is larger than the magnetic force and falls into the inner cavity of the iron block collecting box 36, the permanent magnet 353 moves horizontally to press the sliding seat 356 to move horizontally, so that the L-shaped movable electrode rod 355 is driven to move horizontally, the L-shaped movable electrode rod 355 and the L-shaped fixed electrode rod 354 are staggered mutually, the circuit is disconnected, the electromagnet 351 is powered off, and the sliding connecting plate 31 returns to the original position under the action of the elastic belt rope 34;
