1. A preparation method of a ground fabric for water and soil conservation is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of calcium silicate, 2-4 parts of calcium carbonate whiskers, 4-6 parts of barium sulfate, 3-6 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 80-85 parts of polypropylene powder and 5-8 parts of a light conversion agent, grinding the calcium silicate, the calcium carbonate whiskers and the barium sulfate into fine powder, dispersing the fine powder in hot water, adding the polyvinyl alcohol, stirring for 20-30 min, finally adding the polypropylene powder and the light conversion agent, and carrying out high-temperature melting to prepare granular color master batches;

2) preparing a blended spinning solution: mixing and dissolving high-density polyethylene and color master batch in a solvent to form a co-spinning stock solution, wherein the mass ratio of the high-density polyethylene to the color master batch is 6-10: 1; and the solvent is more than one of N, N-dimethylacetamide, N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide, the co-spinning solution is kept stand and defoamed for 10-20min, and after filtration, wet spinning is carried out by adopting a conventional wet spinning method to prepare the ground fabric for water and soil conservation.

Background

The ground cloth is a widely used agricultural consumable, and can prevent weeds from being produced on the ground. The ground cloth can prevent sunlight from directly irradiating the ground, and meanwhile, the firm structure of the ground cloth is utilized to prevent weeds from penetrating through the ground cloth, so that the inhibition effect of the ground cloth on the weeds is ensured, meanwhile, the ground cloth is favorable for timely removing accumulated water on the ground, and the ground is kept clean. However, the existing ground fabric can cause damage to the vegetation on the surface layer, resulting in partial water and soil loss. Meanwhile, the problem of poor ultraviolet light scattering and aggravated water evaporation exists.

In view of the above problems in the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a ground fabric for water and soil conservation, and another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a ground fabric for water and soil conservation prepared by the method.

a preparation method of a ground fabric for water and soil conservation comprises the following steps:

1) the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4 parts of calcium silicate, 2-4 parts of calcium carbonate whiskers, 4-6 parts of barium sulfate, 3-6 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 80-85 parts of polypropylene powder and 5-8 parts of a light conversion agent, grinding the calcium silicate, the calcium carbonate whiskers and the barium sulfate into fine powder, dispersing the fine powder in hot water, adding the polyvinyl alcohol, stirring for 20-30 min, finally adding the polypropylene powder and the light conversion agent, and carrying out high-temperature melting to prepare granular color master batches;

2) Preparing a blended spinning solution: mixing and dissolving high-density polyethylene and color master batch in a solvent to form a co-spinning stock solution, wherein the mass ratio of the high-density polyethylene to the color master batch is 6-10: 1; and the solvent is more than one of N, N-dimethylacetamide, N-dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide, the co-spinning solution is kept stand and defoamed for 10-20min, and after filtration, wet spinning is carried out by adopting a conventional wet spinning method to prepare the ground fabric for water and soil conservation.

Further, in the step 1), the size of the fine powder particles is 120-150 meshes; the solid-liquid ratio of the fine powder to the hot water is 1 g: 3-5 mL.

Further, the light conversion agent is one of a rare earth inorganic sulfide light conversion agent and an aluminate light conversion agent.

Further, in the step 1), the melting temperature is 200-300 ℃.

The ground fabric prepared by the method faces to water and soil conservation.
