Background

At present, in the construction of bridge underwater structures, a method of a sleeve box or a cofferdam is mainly adopted to create a dry-under-water working environment and then cast-in-place construction is carried out on the underwater structures, wherein the main installation mode of the sleeve box is that the sleeve box is integrally lowered, and the method is suitable for the construction of large-volume underwater structures. However, for the structure of the tie beam between the underwater piles, the integrally-wrapped steel hanging box water stop structure is adopted, so that the operation is complex, the number of auxiliary processes is large, the construction period is long, the construction cost investment is large, the unsafe factors are large, the construction risk is large, and the structure is obviously not suitable in terms of social and economic benefits.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a method for installing a beam tie water stop steel hanging box between underwater piles, which has the advantages of good economy, convenient construction and higher safety.

The technical scheme adopted for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:

the invention provides a method for installing a water stop steel hanging box of a tie beam between underwater piles, which comprises the following steps:

1. when the steel casing is manufactured, welding a surrounding purlin and a lock catch steel pipe in advance at the position of a pile tie beam, wherein the lock catch steel pipe is vertically arranged at the tie beam side of the steel casing;

2. pre-manufacturing a bottom die, a front side die and a rear side die which are arranged between the steel casing, an inner support arranged between the front side die and the rear side die and a suspension system connected with the bottom die, and then integrally assembling and molding; temporarily fixing a bottom die water stop movable plate on a bottom die panel, wherein an inner support is positioned at the top of a tie beam; the side mold consists of a standard template 4 and T-shaped plates arranged at two side ends of the standard template 4, the T-shaped plates are formed by two angle iron resistance welding, and the inner support is arranged between the front standard template and the rear standard template;

3. carrying out steel casing pile foundation construction, and cutting an opening seam of the lock catch steel pipe underwater before the bottom die and the side die are integrally lowered after the strength of pile foundation concrete in the steel casing reaches a certain degree;

4. integrally hoisting the assembled bottom die and side die to a pier position by using a floating crane, aligning the T-shaped plates at the two ends of the side die with the opening seams of the lock catch steel pipe, and lowering and inserting the T-shaped plates into the lock catch steel pipe;

In the step 6, a gap between the lock catch steel pipe and the side die T-shaped plate is filled and blocked, then a grouting pipe is inserted into the lock catch steel pipe to the bottom, after the prepared cement mortar is fully stirred, the cement mortar is injected into the lock catch steel pipe through the grouting pipe, in order to ensure the grouting concentration, the grouting pipe is pulled out after thick slurry is discharged from a top opening of the lock catch steel pipe, and the water-stopping grouting operation in the lock catch pipe is completed; meanwhile, after the bottom die and the side die of the steel hanging box are put down in place, the T-shaped plate and the lock catch pipe are welded and fixed as necessary; the cement mortar refers to the ratio of the prestressed pipeline grouting material, and grouting is stopped only when thick slurry is discharged from the upper opening of the lock catch pipe during grouting.

The bottom die comprises a bottom die framework and a bottom die panel positioned on the bottom die framework, and the bottom die water stop movable plate is arranged on the bottom die panel.

The method of the invention also comprises the step 8: after the construction of the beam tying among the piles is finished, the side die is disassembled underwater, and the construction of the next beam tying of the pile can be recycled.

Advantageous effects

The method of the invention is characterized in that: the steel hanging box adopts the overall design, utilizes the steel to protect a section of thick bamboo as the partly of stagnant water structure, follow-up with die block and side form whole insertion, and the steel that has accomplished pile foundation construction protects a section of thick bamboo and is connected into a closed stake straining construction stagnant water structure, can regard as the template of structure to use simultaneously, the construction of straining between the stake of being convenient for. The manufacturing scale of the steel hanging box is greatly reduced, the manufacturing and installation of the structural template are omitted, the whole construction process is convenient and rapid, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the investment of considerable construction cost is reduced.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-7, the steel hanging box for stopping water by tying a beam between piles in water, which is adopted by the invention, comprises a steel casing 1, a bottom mould, a front side mould and a rear side mould which are arranged between the steel casing 1, an inner support arranged between the front side mould and the rear side mould and a suspension system connected with the bottom mould; the outer wall of the steel casing 1 is provided with a circumferential enclosing purlin 2 and a vertical lock catch steel pipe 3 with a sealed bottom; the side mold consists of a standard template 4 and T-shaped plates 5 arranged at two side ends of the standard template 4, and the T-shaped plates 5 are formed by welding two angle steels; the bottom die sequentially comprises a bottom die framework 6, a bottom die panel 7 and a bottom die water stop movable plate 8 from bottom to top; the inner support 16 is arranged between the front standard template 4 and the rear standard template 4; the suspension system mainly comprises a suspension shoulder pole beam 10, an anchor plate 12, a nut 13, a suspender 14 and a suspension fulcrum reinforcing plate 15 on the top of the steel casing 1, wherein the suspender 14 is connected with the template framework 6; the lock catch steel pipe 3 is provided with an opening seam, and the side die and the lock catch steel pipe 3 are connected in a matched mode through the T-shaped plate 5 and the opening seam of the lock catch steel pipe 3.

The integral installation method of the underwater steel suspension box provided by the invention adopts the steel suspension box, the construction scheme is shown as the following steps in figure 1, figure 2, figure 3 and figure 4:

1. when the steel casing 1 is manufactured, the enclosing purlin 2 and the lock catch steel pipe 3 are welded in advance at the position of a pile tie beam, wherein the lock catch steel pipe 3 is vertically arranged at the tie beam side of the steel casing 1, a bottom opening of the lock catch steel pipe 3 is welded with a plugging plate, the steel casing 1 and the lock catch steel pipe 3 are welded by one-side full welding, and the steel casing 1 and the outer enclosing purlin 2 are welded discontinuously;

step 2, pre-manufacturing a bottom die, a front side die and a rear side die arranged between the steel casing 1, an inner support arranged between the front side die and the rear side die and a suspension system connected with the bottom die in a steel structure processing field, and then integrally assembling and forming, wherein the side dies and the bottom die are welded firmly; temporarily fixing a bottom die water stop movable plate 8 on a bottom die panel, wherein the inner support is positioned at the top of the tie beam; the side mold consists of a standard template 4 and T-shaped plates 5 arranged at two side ends of the standard template 4, the T-shaped plates 5 are formed by two angle steel resistance welding, the inner support is arranged between the front standard template 4 and the rear standard template 4, and the inner support 16 is determined according to a calculation result and is arranged at the top of the tie beam in one way;

3. the construction of the pile foundation of the steel casing 1 is carried out, the verticality and the plane position of the steel casing are accurate in the lowering process of the steel casing 1, the position of the center of the lock catch steel pipe 3 is controlled not to be larger than 5cm, the control of later-stage errors is facilitated, after the strength of the pile foundation concrete in the steel casing 1 reaches a certain degree, the opening seam of the lock catch steel pipe 3 is cut underwater before the bottom die and the side die are integrally lowered, the width of the seam is about 3cm, the verticality of the steel pipe is controlled during cutting, and meanwhile, the width of the T-shaped plate 5 of the side die is adjusted according to the position of the lock catch steel pipe 3 which is repeatedly measured;

4. Integrally hoisting the assembled bottom die and side die to a pier position by a floating crane, aligning the T-shaped plates 5 at the two ends of the side die with the opening seams of the lock catch steel tubes 3, slowly lowering the T-shaped plates 5 to be inserted into the lock catch steel tubes 3, converting the T-shaped plates into jacks to perform fine adjustment after entering a certain position, and finally reaching a preset position;

5. after the bottom die and the side die are installed in place, a bottom sealing concrete area is formed among the steel casing 1, the bottom die and the side die, a shear nail is welded in the bottom sealing concrete area outside the steel casing 1, so that the friction effect between the bottom sealing concrete and the steel casing is enhanced, the floating force after water pumping is convenient to resist, meanwhile, a gap between the bottom die and the steel casing 1 is plugged under water, a movable water stop plate 8 of the bottom die is adjusted under water to tightly push against the steel casing 1, the gap is plugged by adopting a cement cloth bag sausage 9 and the like, and then the underwater bottom sealing concrete is poured in the bottom sealing concrete area;

6. after the underwater bottom sealing concrete is finished, filling and plugging a gap between the lock catch steel pipe 3 and the side die T-shaped plate 5, then inserting a grouting pipe into the lock catch steel pipe 3 to the bottom, after the prepared cement mortar is fully stirred, injecting the cement mortar into the lock catch steel pipe 3 through the grouting pipe, in order to ensure the grouting concentration, pulling out the grouting pipe after thick slurry is discharged from a top opening of the lock catch steel pipe 3, and finishing the water stopping grouting operation in the lock catch pipe 3; because the last water stopping of the method is concentrated in the lock catch pipe, the T-shaped plate is inserted into the lock catch pipe, and the length of the water seepage path is increased; meanwhile, after the bottom die and the side die of the steel hanging box are put down in place, the T-shaped plate and the lock catch pipe are welded and fixed as necessary; the cement mortar is matched with the prestressed pipeline grouting material;

7. After cement mortar in the lock catch steel pipe 3 is strengthened, water in the steel pile casing and between the side mold and the steel pile casing is drained to form a beam tying dry operation environment between piles, and beam tying concrete is poured to carry out construction of beam tying between piles;

8. after the construction of the beam tying among the piles is finished, the side die is disassembled underwater, and the construction of the next beam tying of the pile can be recycled.
