1. A blower, characterized by:

comprises a blower main body and a box body which covers the periphery and the upper part of the blower,

the blower main body includes:

An electric motor;

a blower blade fixed to a load-bearing side of a rotating shaft of the motor;

a fan fixed to the side of the rotating shaft opposite to the load; and

a suction port and a blowing port which are positioned at the lower part of the fan,

the box body is provided with:

a housing chamber that houses the blower main body;

an air inlet chamber provided adjacent to a side of the storage chamber closer to the fan;

a duct chamber adjacent to the intake chamber and accommodating a duct extending from the air outlet to a position above the accommodating chamber; and

a sound absorbing chamber and an exhaust chamber adjacent to the upper portions of the housing chamber and the intake chamber.

2. The blower according to claim 1, wherein:

among the partition walls of the case, the partition wall between the storage chamber and the intake chamber and the partition wall between the storage chamber and the muffling chamber include a mesh-shaped metal plate.

3. The blower according to claim 2, wherein:

a sound absorbing material is provided on a surface of the mesh-like metal plate in the case, the surface being closer to the storage chamber.

4. A cabinet for a blower, comprising:

a storage chamber that stores the blower;

An air inlet chamber provided adjacent to a side of the storage chamber closer to the fan;

a duct chamber adjacent to the intake chamber and accommodating a duct extending from the air outlet to a position above the accommodating chamber; and

a sound absorbing chamber and an exhaust chamber adjacent to the upper portions of the housing chamber and the intake chamber.

5. The cabinet for a blower according to claim 4, wherein:

the partition wall between the storage chamber and the intake chamber and the partition wall between the storage chamber and the sound-deadening chamber among the partition walls include a mesh-shaped metal plate.

6. The box for fan according to claim 5, characterized in that:

a sound absorbing material is provided on a surface of the mesh-like metal plate on the side of the storage chamber.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a blower, and more particularly, to a blower having a blower main body and a case for housing the blower main body.

Background

The vortex fan is configured such that an annular flow path from the suction port to the discharge port is formed by a fan casing provided so as to face the impeller, and gas is sucked from the suction port by the rotational motion of the impeller driven by the motor to be pressurized in the flow path.

In recent years, with the increasing demands for reduction in size and weight, increase in discharge pressure, reduction in noise, and the like of blowers, various studies and developments have been made on the structure and shape of the impeller. Meanwhile, a case for housing them is also required to be small, light, and sound deadening.

As described above, for noise reduction of the blower, for example, patent document 1 discloses a silencer device in which the blower is housed. The silencer has a casing with sound absorbing material adhered to it, which covers the blower and includes a silencing passage and a silencing pipe for absorbing noise from the blower.

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

Compared with patent document 1, there is a technical problem that the noise reduction effect is improved while further reducing the weight. In order to solve such a problem, a Helmholtz (Helmholtz) sound absorption technique is known in which a metal is provided with a plurality of holes to absorb sound in a specific frequency range.

However, since helmholtz sound absorption absorbs only sound of a specific frequency, even if applied to a muffler device to absorb a frequency that becomes a peak of noise, other frequencies cannot be absorbed. Then, the inventors of the present invention have studied whether the sound-deadening effect can be improved by using the sound-deadening material such as urethane that has been conventionally used. As a result, although the noise reduction effect can be improved, the thermal conductivity of the urethane material is low, and therefore, a new problem arises in that the temperature in the case rises.

The invention aims to provide a blower with a silencing device which can improve the silencing effect and prevent the temperature from rising.

Technical solution for solving technical problem

In order to solve the above-described problems, for example, the inventions described in the summary of the invention are applied. Namely, a blower including a blower main body and a case covering the periphery and upper portion of the blower, the blower main body comprising: an electric motor; a blower blade fixed to a load-bearing side of a rotating shaft of the motor; a fan fixed to the side of the rotating shaft opposite to the load; and a suction port and a discharge port located below the fan, the casing having: a housing chamber that houses the blower main body; an air inlet chamber provided adjacent to a side of the storage chamber closer to the fan; a duct chamber adjacent to the intake chamber and accommodating a duct extending from the air outlet to a top of the box body; and a sound absorbing chamber and an exhaust chamber adjacent to upper portions of the housing chamber and the intake chamber.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

According to an aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a blower capable of reducing noise from a blower main body and reducing temperature rise.
