Surgical shadowless lamps are important devices essential to illuminate surgical sites and are required to optimally view objects of low contrast at different depths, sizes, in incisions and body cavities. Therefore, in addition to "shadowless", the illumination intensity is required to be uniform and the light quality is required to be good, and the color difference between blood and other tissues and organs of the human body can be well distinguished. The shadowless lamp that uses at present has the poor problem of focusing effect, is not convenient for adjust the luminance of LED lamp pearl, colour temperature etc. according to actual need simultaneously, can only throw light on with a state, but under the different circumstances, needs different illumination, and medical personnel often need change lighting apparatus in addition, have influenced medical personnel's work efficiency, and have increased the operation degree of difficulty.

The LED light mixing and diffusing plate is arranged to scatter light rays of the multicolor light source emitted by the LED three-color light source emitting plate, and then the light rays are recombined into light rays with uniform color tone, and the light rays are focused within a certain distance by utilizing the principle of secondary reflection optics to form small circular light spots, so that the shadowless effect is achieved, the illumination intensity is uniform, and the light quality is good.

The heat dissipation box is arranged outside the primary reflector to dissipate heat in the primary reflector, and the heat dissipation box is combined with the heat radiator in the primary reflector to efficiently dissipate heat of the circuit element in the primary reflector, so that stable operation of the operation shadowless lamp is ensured.

The invention is provided with the adjusting rod 83 and the long-handle connecting rod 9, the driving motor 91 in the long-handle connecting rod 9 is connected with the rotating shaft 831 on the adjusting rod 83, and the driving motor 91 is started to rotate by triggering the control button 911, so that the irradiation angle of the operation shadowless lamp can be flexibly adjusted, and the operation shadowless lamp is convenient to use.

It is worth noting that: the whole device is controlled by the master control button, and the equipment matched with the control button is common equipment, so that the device belongs to the existing well-known technology, and the electrical connection relation and the specific circuit structure of the device are not repeated.
