The permanent magnet motor of the inner stator for the industrial ceiling fan as claimed in claim 1, wherein the outer rotor comprises an aluminum housing and permanent magnet electrodes disposed inside the aluminum housing, a limiting block is disposed between every two adjacent permanent magnets of the 60 permanent magnets, the limiting block is provided with a plurality of screw holes, the limiting block is fixed to the aluminum housing by screws, and the permanent magnets are clamped between the limiting blocks.

Background

The power system of the current industrial ceiling fan has two technical routes: one is a medium-high speed motor plus gear reduction type, and has the advantages of smaller volume and weight of the system and low cost, and has the disadvantages of lower working efficiency and need of regular maintenance; the motor directly drives the fan blades to rotate, and has the advantages of maintenance free, low noise, higher efficiency, large motor size, heavy weight and high cost.

In order to make the winding more beautiful and convenient, a blind hole 31 is formed in the axis position of the shaft body of the rotating shaft 3 outside the aluminum shell 21, a long through hole 32 is further formed in the side surface of the shaft, and the wire inlet end and the wire outlet end of the winding coil 4 are both routed through the blind hole 31 and the long through hole 32.
