6. The method of claim 5, wherein the performance data of the network topology includes, but is not limited to, link utilization and optical power;

the detecting the performance data of the network topology structure where the target device is located based on the preset link performance threshold to obtain a link detection result includes:

if the link utilization rate is greater than a preset utilization rate threshold value, determining that the network topological structure is a high-load link;

if the optical power is smaller than a preset power threshold value, determining that the network topological structure is a weak optical link;

Background

With the continuous promotion and popularization of the broadband service quality of operators, the internet television service is developed rapidly, the user group grows up, and meanwhile, the complaint problem of poor internet television service quality of users also grows up.

At present, the delimitation method for the internet television user quality difference problem by an operator mainly judges whether broadband equipment fails or not according to reported alarm information, and if the broadband equipment fails, the delimitation result for the internet television user quality difference problem is the quality difference problem of the internet television user caused by the fact that the broadband equipment fails. For example, if a quality difference complaint of an internet television user is received, an alarm information query may be performed on a link where equipment of the internet television user is located, and if the alarm information of a certain equipment (such as a switch equipment) is queried to exist in the link, the quality difference complaint problem may be delimited as the quality difference complaint caused by a failure of the switch equipment.

However, when the internet television user quality difference problem is delimited by the method, if alarm information of the equipment in the link does not exist, all the equipment in the link needs to be manually detected to finally determine the equipment with the poor quality, in the process, more time cost and labor cost are consumed, so that the delimiting efficiency is low, and meanwhile, the problems of poor delimiting accuracy and poor user experience are caused.

The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a quality difference delimiting method, device and equipment, so as to solve the problems of poor delimiting accuracy, low delimiting efficiency and poor user experience when delimiting poor quality problem parts of Internet television users in the prior art.
