Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a drawer assembly structure, which overcomes the defects that drawer components are exposed after being assembled in the prior art, so that the assembly effect is poor, the use is unstable, and a user is easy to hurt.

A drawer assembly structure designed according to the purpose comprises a side plate and a panel, and is characterized in that: the front end of the side plate is integrally bent to form a front bent part, the lower part of the side plate is integrally formed or is separately provided with a supporting part, and the supporting part is integrally formed or separately provided with a depending part downwards; the panel is positioned behind the front bending part and is fixedly connected with at least the front bending part, or the side plate or the supporting part, and at least part of the front part of the panel is shielded by the front bending part and/or the side plate; the lower part of the panel is separately provided with a covering part; the supporting part and the leaning part are shielded by the panel and/or the covering piece.

The panel and the covering member are made of different materials.

The bearing part is used for bearing a bearing piece; the bearing piece is positioned behind the panel, or the bearing piece is positioned below the panel.

The covering part is positioned at the lower part of the panel, is provided with a fixing part and is fixedly connected with the panel, or the bearing part or the supporting part through the fixing part.

The fixed part is provided with a blocking part; the surface of the blocking part is flush with the surface of the panel and blocks the supporting part, the relying part and the front part of the bearing part, or the surface of the blocking part and the surface of the panel form a step with high and low levels and blocks at least parts of the supporting part, the relying part, the front part of the bearing part and/or the lower part of the panel.

The surface of the panel is flush with the surface of the front bending part or forms a high-low step; the lower end of the blocking part is flush with the lower end of the front bending part or forms a high-low step; the surface of the blocking part is flush with the surface of the front bending part or forms a high-low step.

The covering part is further arranged on the covering part, and the surface of the covering part and the surface of the panel form a high-low step and at least cover the lower part of the panel.

The upper part of the panel is fixedly connected with the front bent part or the side plate through clamping and/or a fastener.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

First embodiment

Referring to fig. 1-12, the drawer assembling structure includes a side plate 1 and a panel 2, a front bending portion 3 is integrally bent at the front end of the side plate 1, a supporting portion 4 is integrally formed or separately formed at the lower portion of the side plate 1, a leaning portion 5 is integrally formed or separately formed at the supporting portion 4 downward, the supporting portion 4 is separately formed at the lower portion of the side plate 1 of the embodiment, and the leaning portion 5 is separately formed at the supporting portion 4 downward.

The panel 2 is positioned behind the front bent part 3 and is fixedly connected with at least the front bent part 3, or the side plate 1, or the supporting part 4, and at least part of the front part of the panel 2 is shielded by the front bent part 3 and/or the side plate 1; a covering part 6 is separately arranged at the lower part of the panel 2; the supporting part 4 and the leaning part 5 are shielded by the panel 2 and/or the covering part 6 in front.

The panel 2 and the covering member 6 are made of different materials.

The bearing part 4 is used for bearing the bearing part 7; the carrier 7 is located behind the panel 2, or the carrier 7 is located below the panel 2.

The covering member 6 is located at the lower part of the panel 2, is provided with a fixing part 8 thereon, and is fixedly connected with the panel 2 through the fixing part 8.

The surface of the blocking part 9 forms a high-low step with the surface of the panel 2 and blocks at least parts of the supporting part 4, the depending part 5, the front part of the bearing part 7 and/or the lower part of the panel 2.

The surface of the panel 2 and the surface of the front bending part 3 form a high-low step; the lower end of the blocking part 9 is flush with the lower end of the front bending part 3; the surface of the blocking part 9 is flush with the surface of the front bending part 3.

The covering part 6 is also provided with a covering part 10, and the surface of the covering part 10 forms a high-low step with the surface of the panel 2 and shields at least part of the lower part of the panel 2.

The upper part of the panel 2 is fixedly connected with the side plate 1 through a fastener.

Specifically, the side plate 1 is provided with a fastener on the outer side and fixedly connected with the upper part of the panel 2 through the fastener.

As shown in fig. 6, the lower portion of the panel 2 is placed above the support portion 4 and fixedly connected to each other by a fastening member.

The structure also comprises a slide rail component, wherein the slide rail component at least comprises a movable slide rail 12; a gap 13 is formed among the side plate 1, the supporting part 4 and the relying part 5, and the front end and the rear end of the gap 13 are respectively provided with a front connecting part 14 and a rear connecting part 15; the movable sliding rail 12 depends on the leaning part 5, the front part of the movable sliding rail is shielded by the panel 2 and/or the covering part 6, and the movable sliding rail is fixedly connected with the side plate 1 through the matching of the front connecting part 14 and the rear connecting part 15; the rear end of the side plate 1 is also integrally bent with a rear bending part 16, and is connected with a back plate 17 through the rear bending part 16.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the carrier 7 is a wooden plate, and as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the carrier 7 is a rack.

Second embodiment

Referring to fig. 13 to 16, the present drawer assembly structure is different from the first embodiment in that: the fixed part 8 is provided with a blocking part 9; the surface of the blocking part 9 is flush with the surface of the panel 2 and blocks the supporting part 4, the relying part 5 and the front part of the bearing part 7.

The surface of the panel 2 and the surface of the front bending part 3 form a high-low step; the lower end of the blocking part 9 is flush with the lower end of the front bending part 3; the surface of the blocking part 9 and the surface of the front bending part 3 form a high-low step.

The upper part of the panel 2 is fixedly connected with the front bent part 3 through a fastener.

Specifically, the front side of the front bent portion 3 is provided with a fastening member, and is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the panel 2 by the fastening member.

The other parts not described are the same as those of the first embodiment.

Third embodiment

Referring to fig. 17 to 20, the present drawer assembly structure is different from the first embodiment in that: the covering member 6 is fixedly connected to the support portion 4 by a fixing portion 8.

The surface of the panel 2 and the surface of the front bending part 3 form a high-low step; the lower end of the blocking part 9 is flush with the lower end of the front bending part 3; the surface of the blocking part 9 is flush with the surface of the front bending part 3.

The upper part of the panel 2 is fixedly connected with the front bent part 3 through a fastener.

Specifically, the front side of the front bent portion 3 is provided with a fastening member, and is fixedly connected to the upper portion of the panel 2 by the fastening member.

The other parts not described are the same as those of the first embodiment.

Fourth embodiment

Referring to fig. 21 to 23, the present drawer assembly structure is different from the first embodiment in that: the upper part of the panel 2 is fixedly connected with the side plate 1 through clamping and a fastener.

Specifically, the inner side of the side plate 1 is separately provided with a connecting piece 11, a clamping groove is formed between the connecting piece 11 and the front bending part 3, and the panel 2 is clamped on the clamping groove.

The connecting piece 11 is also provided with a fastener and is fixedly connected with the upper part of the panel 2 through the fastener.

The other parts not described are the same as those of the first embodiment.
