The invention changes the primary pressing liquid discharge of the prior art into the secondary pressing liquid discharge, so that the device is positioned at the lower position when not used, the integral structure is ensured to be attractive, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that a wearer triggers by mistake to cause the waste of disinfectant is prevented.
