1. A bag-type dust collector, comprising:

a dust removal box;

the ash bucket is arranged at the lower end of the dust removing box and communicated with the dust removing box;

the air inlet is arranged on one side of the ash bucket;

the flower plate is arranged in the dust removal box, and a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in the flower plate;

the filter bag frames are fixedly arranged below the exhaust holes respectively, and dust removal filter bags are arranged in the filter bag frames;

the blowing pipe is arranged above the pattern plate, and a plurality of blowing orifices corresponding to the exhaust holes are arranged below the blowing pipe;

the controller, the electromagnetic pulse valve and the air bag are arranged outside the dust removing box, and the air bag is connected with the blowing pipe through the electromagnetic pulse valve;

the pressure gauge is arranged in the dust removal box, and the controller is respectively connected with the pressure gauge and the electromagnetic valve pulse valve;

4. The bag-type dust collector of claim 3, wherein the fire extinguishing nozzle is a spray head, the spray head is connected with the water outlet end of the booster pump through a first pipeline, and the water inlet end of the booster pump is connected with a water source.

5. The bag-type dust collector of claim 3, wherein the fire extinguishing nozzle is a dry powder fire extinguishing nozzle, and the dry powder fire extinguishing nozzle is connected with the carbon steel bottle body through a second pipeline.

6. A bag-type dust collector as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the bottom of the dust collection box is further provided with a plurality of legs.

7. The bag-type dust collector of claim 6, wherein the side of said dust collection box is further provided with an inspection door.

8. The bag-type dust collector of claim 7, wherein said pressure gauge is a U-shaped differential pressure gauge.

Background

When the bag-type dust collector is used for filtering gas containing dust, because the dust is accumulated on the outer surface of a dust-removing filter bag in a large quantity, static electricity is easily generated, and then ignition points are generated;

moreover, the spark catcher is arranged at the air inlet for introducing the gas containing a large amount of dust, and even if the spark catcher is used for a short time, a large amount of pollutants are attached to the spark catcher, so that the cleaning or replacing frequency is high;

furthermore, most of the existing bag-type dust collectors extinguish fire in a spraying mode, after the fire is extinguished, the dust-removing filter bag is basically and completely wetted, and the wetted dust-removing filter bag loses the original filtering function due to overlarge resistance during dust removal, namely exhaust, and can only be replaced manually;

in conclusion, the conventional bag-type dust collector is heavy in equipment maintenance work due to the structural arrangement, high in replacement cost and influenced in working efficiency.

The fire extinguishing nozzle 12 is a spray head, the spray head is connected with the water outlet end of the booster pump through a first pipeline, and the water inlet end of the booster pump is connected with a water source.

The fire extinguishing nozzle 12 is a dry powder fire extinguishing nozzle which is connected with the carbon steel bottle body through a second pipeline; the carbon steel bottle body is filled with dry powder.

The pressure gauge is a U-shaped differential pressure gauge.

After the dust-containing gas enters from the gas inlet 6, part of large-particle dust is separated out and falls into the dust hopper 8 under the action of inertia and gravity, the dust-containing gas is filtered by the dust-removing filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface of the dust-removing filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper part of the dust-removing box 4 through the dust-removing filter bag port and is discharged from the gas outlet 14;

along with the extension of the filtering time, the dust layer on the outer surface of the dust-removing filter bag is continuously accumulated and thick, the resistance of the dust-removing equipment is continuously increased, the pressure difference of the inlet and the outlet of the dust-removing box detected by the U-shaped pressure difference meter is increased, when the pressure difference reaches a set value, the controller 5 sends out an ash-removing instruction, the valves 7 arranged on the air inlet 6, the air outlet 14 and the dust hopper 8 are all closed, the electromagnetic pulse valve 1 is immediately opened after receiving the signal, the compressed air in the air bag 2 reaches the injection pipe 17 through the output pipe, the compressed air is discharged from the injection hole, and is induced by the venturi 16 to generate secondary air flow which is several times of the injection pressure to enter the dust-removing filter bag, so that the dust-removing filter bag expands and deforms to generate vibration, the dust on the outer surface of the dust-.

When a slight ignition point is formed on the dust removal filter bag, carbon monoxide can be generated even if the slight ignition point is invisible to naked eyes, when the carbon monoxide sensor 13 detects that the carbon monoxide is discharged from the air outlet 14, a signal is sent to the controller 5, the controller 5 starts the fire extinguishing spray head 12 to work, the detection mode is sensitive and reliable, whether the ignition point is generated in the bag-type dust remover or not can be found in time, and effective fire extinguishing measures can be taken.

When dry powder is adopted for fire extinguishing, the utility of the dust-removing filter bag is not damaged, and the dry powder can be removed through the filtering work of the bag-type dust remover in the later period, so that the replacement cost of the dust-removing filter bag can be reduced;

the carbon monoxide sensor is arranged in the gas outlet 14, so that the cleaning and replacing times and the replacement cost of the carbon monoxide sensor can be reduced, and the working intensity of equipment maintenance personnel is reduced.
