As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the bolt hole chamfering tool of the present invention includes a tool body 1, a rotary bearing 2, a stop collar bearing 3, a stop collar 4, and a chamfering blade 5.

The chamfering blade 5 adopts a rhombic coating blade structure, the right center of the chamfering blade is matched with the inner groove wall of the blade mounting groove 15 of the cutter body 1 through a blade fastening screw 51, and the cutting edge of half of the length of the chamfering blade 5 protrudes to the outer side of the blade mounting groove 15 of the cutter body 1; the chamfering angle a of the chamfering blade 5 is 40-45 degrees, the blade margin edge length b is more than or equal to 3mm, the chamfering value c is 0.8-3 mm, and when the chamfering reaches the value c during manual chamfering, the limiting sleeve 4 is in contact with the frog rail web 7 to limit the feeding of the chamfering blade 5; this 5 cutting edges of chamfer blade carry out the fine processing to the chamfer surface, have improved chamfer surface quality, have solved the inconsistent problem of chamfer size, see figure 4.
