heating asphalt to 170-190 ℃, adding SBS and silane coupling agent, and mixing to obtain a mixture; grinding the mixture by a colloid mill to obtain a dispersing material;

cooling the dispersed material to 155-165 ℃, adding a softening agent, basalt fibers, fly ash and talcum powder, and mixing to obtain an SBS modified asphalt correction material;

and dip-coating the SBS modified asphalt coating material on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base layer of the tire, and then coating a film on the surface of the coating material to obtain the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

10. The preparation method of claim 9, wherein the rotation speed of the colloid mill is 3500-4500 r/min, and the grinding time is 15-25 min.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt waterproof coiled materials, in particular to a durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The waterproof coiled material is a flexible building material product which can be curled into a roll shape, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a first barrier for waterproofing of the whole engineering, and plays a vital role in the whole engineering. Asphalt is a well-known material with better waterproof performance, but because the original asphalt has the characteristics of low-temperature brittleness, high-temperature flowing and poor aging performance, the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material needs to be improved by the technology, and is produced at the same time.

The SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is produced with SBS rubber modified petroleum asphalt as soaking covering layer, polyester fiber non-woven fabric, jute cloth, glass fiber felt, etc. as base material, plastic film as antiseizing isolating layer, and through co-melting, soaking, compounding, forming and other steps. With the rapid development of the building industry in China, the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is more and more widely applied. When a building is exposed to natural conditions for a long time, the existing SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material usually has the aging phenomena of local pulverization and hardening after long-term use, even cracks appear, and the quality and the service life of the building are seriously influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll and a preparation method thereof. The SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention has good durability, so that the service life of a building can be prolonged.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

100 parts of asphalt, namely 100 parts of asphalt,

12 to 13.5 parts of SBS,

17-21 parts of a softening agent,

1.2 to 1.5 parts of a silane coupling agent,

11-12 parts of basalt fiber,

13-18 parts of fly ash,

10-14 parts of talcum powder.

Preferably, the asphalt is 90# petroleum asphalt.

(1) heating asphalt to 170-190 ℃, adding SBS and silane coupling agent, and mixing to obtain a mixture; grinding the mixture by a colloid mill to obtain a dispersing material;

(2) cooling the dispersed material to 155-165 ℃, adding a softening agent, basalt fibers, fly ash and talcum powder, and mixing to obtain an SBS modified asphalt coating material;

(3) and dip-coating the SBS modified asphalt coating material on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base layer of the tire, and then coating a film on the surface of the coating material to obtain the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

Preferably, the rotating speed of the colloid mill is 3500-4500 r/min, and the grinding time is 15-25 min.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material which comprises a base course layer, SBS modified asphalt coating materials coated on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base course layer and isolating membranes covered on the surfaces of the coating materials; the base layer of the tire is a long-fiber polyester tire, and the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises the following components in parts by mass:

100 parts of asphalt, namely 100 parts of asphalt,

10-15 parts of SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene),

15-22 parts of a softening agent,

1-1.6 parts of a silane coupling agent,

10-13 parts of basalt fiber,

10-20 parts of fly ash,

8-15 parts of talcum powder.

The starting materials used in the present invention are all commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art unless otherwise specified.

The durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention comprises a tire base layer, wherein the tire base layer is a long-fiber polyester tire, and the durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has no special requirement on the long-fiber polyester tire and can be prepared by adopting the long-fiber polyester tire known by the technical personnel in the field. In the invention, the thickness of the base layer is preferably 1.5-2.5 mm, and more preferably 2.0 mm.

The durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention comprises SBS modified asphalt coating materials coated on the upper surface and the lower surface of the tire base layer; the thickness of the SBS modified asphalt coating materials on the upper surface and the lower surface is preferably 0.5-1.3 mm independently, and more preferably 0.8-1.0 mm independently. In the invention, the SBS modified asphalt coating cover material comprises 100 parts of asphalt by mass. In the present invention, the asphalt is preferably 90# petroleum asphalt.

In the invention, the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises 10-15 parts by mass of SBS, preferably 12-13.5 parts by mass of SBS, and more preferably 12.5 parts by mass of SBS; the molecular structure of the SBS is preferably linear, the block ratio is preferably 30/70, and the molecular weight is preferably 10-12 ten thousand. The invention has no special requirements on the specific type of the SBS, and the SBS of the type known by the technical personnel in the field can meet the index requirements. In the invention, the SBS can form a space network structure in the asphalt mixture, so that the asphalt mixture has partial performance of rubber.

In the invention, the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises 15-22 parts by mass of a softening agent, preferably 17-21 parts by mass of a softening agent, and more preferably 18-20 parts by mass of a softening agent. In the present invention, the softening agent is preferably one or more of paraffin oil, base oil and naphthenic oil.

In the invention, the SBS modified asphalt coating cover material comprises 1-1.6 parts by mass of silane coupling agent, preferably 1.2-1.5 parts by mass, and more preferably 1.3-1.4 parts by mass. In the present invention, the silane coupling agent is preferably KH550 and/or KH 560. In the invention, the silane coupling agent can improve the interface compatibility and affinity of SBS and asphalt, and avoid the phenomenon of SBS segregation after long-term use.

In the invention, the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises 10-13 parts by mass of basalt fibers, preferably 11-12 parts by mass of basalt fibers, and more preferably 11.5 parts by mass of basalt fibers. The basalt fiber is not particularly required in the invention, and can be prepared by using the basalt fiber which is well known to those skilled in the art. In the invention, the basalt fiber has extremely large specific surface area, good surface wettability and good dispersibility in asphalt, has high strength and elastic modulus and good temperature resistance, can enable the waterproof coiled material to bear temperature change, and still has good mechanical properties after long-term use.

In the invention, the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises 10-20 parts of fly ash, preferably 13-18 parts of fly ash, and more preferably 15-16 parts of fly ash in parts by mass. In the invention, the granularity of the fly ash is preferably 140-180 meshes, and more preferably 150-160 meshes. In the invention, the fly ash is made of SiO2And Al2O3Mainly, the active factor is small, so the stability is good, and the filler is added to improve the thermal stability and weather resistance of the waterproof coiled material and increase the plasticity and wear resistance.

In the invention, the SBS modified asphalt coating material comprises 8-15 parts by mass of talcum powder, preferably 10-14 parts by mass of talcum powder, and more preferably 12-13 parts by mass of talcum powder.

The durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material provided by the invention comprises an isolating film covering the surface of the coating material. The separator is not particularly required in the present invention, and those known to those skilled in the art may be used, specifically, polyester separator and polyethylene separator.

According to the invention, through the selection and content control of the raw materials, the obtained SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material has good durability, and the service life of a building can be further remarkably prolonged.

The invention provides a preparation method of the durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, which comprises the following steps:

(1) heating asphalt to 170-190 ℃, adding SBS and silane coupling agent, and mixing to obtain a mixture; grinding the mixture by a colloid mill to obtain a dispersing material;

(2) cooling the dispersed material to 155-165 ℃, adding a softening agent, basalt fibers, fly ash and talcum powder, and mixing to obtain an SBS modified asphalt coating material;

(3) and dip-coating the SBS modified asphalt coating material on the upper surface and the lower surface of the base layer of the tire, and then coating a film on the surface of the coating material to obtain the SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material.

In the invention, the mixing time in the step (1) is preferably 40-50 min; the rotation speed of the colloid mill is preferably 3500-4500 r/min, more preferably 4000r/min, and the grinding time is preferably 15-25 min, more preferably 20 min. The invention grinds through the colloid mill, under the action of high-speed shearing force, SBS is crushed and refined, and is evenly dispersed in the substrate asphalt, so that the asphalt becomes high-quality asphalt, and meanwhile, in the grinding process, the silane coupling agent fully acts on the asphalt and SBS, thereby effectively improving the compatibility of the asphalt and SBS. The colloid mill according to the invention is not particularly critical and can be used as is known to the person skilled in the art. In the present invention, the mixing time in the step (2) is preferably 50 to 60 min. The method for dip coating and film coating in the step (3) is not particularly required in the present invention, and a corresponding method well known to those skilled in the art may be used.

The preparation method provided by the invention is simple in process, easy to operate and beneficial to large-scale production.

The durable SBS modified asphalt waterproof roll material and the preparation method thereof provided by the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
