1. The aging-resistant PC sunlight plate is characterized by comprising a main material layer and ultraviolet-resistant layers covering the upper surface and the lower surface of the main material layer;

the main material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

95-120 parts of polycarbonate;

5-15 parts of organic montmorillonite;

20-30 parts of a water repellent agent;

0.5-1 part of antioxidant;

the hydrophobic agent is selected from one or two of polyvinyl fluoride and ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer.

2. The aging-resistant PC solar panel according to claim 1, wherein the main material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

110 parts of polycarbonate 105;

11-13 parts of organic montmorillonite;

25-27 parts of a water repellent agent;

0.7-0.8 part of antioxidant.

3. The aging-resistant PC solar panel according to claim 2, wherein the main material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

107 parts of polycarbonate;

12 parts of organic montmorillonite;

25.8 parts of a water repellent agent;

0.72 part of antioxidant.

4. The aging-resistant PC solar panel of claim 1, wherein the hydrophobic agent comprises (1-1.5) by weight: (2-2.7) polyvinyl fluoride and ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer.

5. The aging-resistant PC solar panel according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is selected from one or more of antioxidant 245, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168.

6. The PC solar panel of claim 1, wherein the UV resistant layer is formed by compounding one or more of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone.

7. The aging-resistant PC solar panel according to claim 6, wherein the thickness of the UV resistant layer is 40-60 μm.

8. The method for preparing the aging-resistant PC sunlight panel of any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

s1, uniformly mixing the raw material components in the main material layer according to the proportion to form a primary mixture;

and S2, putting the primary mixture and the ultraviolet-resistant layer raw materials into an extruder for high-temperature melting, covering the upper surface and the lower surface of the primary plate formed by extruding the primary mixture with the melted ultraviolet-resistant layer raw materials by adopting a co-extrusion process, and cooling to obtain a finished product.

9. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein the temperature of the extruder for melting the primary mixture is set to 300-330 ℃ in step S2.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of PC sunlight plates, in particular to an anti-aging PC sunlight plate and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Polycarbonate (PC) is an important thermoplastic engineering plastic developed in the late 50 s of the 20 th century, has excellent and balanced mechanical, thermal and electrical properties, particularly has impact strength similar to that of common thermoplastic plastics, is widely applied to manufacturing various sunlight plates and endurance plates, and the manufactured sunlight plates can be used for manufacturing carports, balcony rainshes, greenhouse lighting carports and the like.

The traditional Chinese patent with publication number CN108047681A discloses a PC polycarbonate sunlight plate capable of sound and heat insulation, wherein the base material of the sunlight plate comprises 150 parts of polycarbonate 100, 10-20 parts of phenolic resin, 10-18 parts of polyphenylene ether sulfone, 2-5 parts of formaldehyde scavenger, 30-40 parts of melamine resin, 1-2 parts of plasticizer, 1-2 parts of dispersant, 0.5-1 part of antioxidant and 0.5-1 part of modifier. The above-mentioned publication aims to provide a PC polycarbonate sunlight panel having a good sound insulation effect and a good heat insulation effect.

In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventors found that the PC polycarbonate sunlight panel is prone to yellowing and aging in high-humidity and high-heat areas, especially in the areas of the south of the hainan, fujian, etc., where ultraviolet rays are strong and rainy, and the service life of the whole panel is short.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problem that the sunlight plate is easy to yellow and age in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the aging-resistant PC sunlight plate which has the advantage of excellent aging resistance.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the aging-resistant PC sunlight plate, which has the advantages of simple preparation and capability of ensuring that the prepared PC sunlight plate has excellent aging resistance.

In order to achieve the first object, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

an anti-aging PC sunlight plate comprises a main material layer and anti-ultraviolet layers covering the upper surface and the lower surface of the main material layer;

the main material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

95-120 parts of polycarbonate;

5-15 parts of organic montmorillonite;

20-30 parts of a water repellent agent;

0.5-1 part of antioxidant;

the hydrophobic agent is selected from one or two of polyvinyl fluoride and ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer.

By adopting the technical scheme, the organic montmorillonite can be filled between the molecular chains of the polycarbonate, the stability of the polycarbonate molecular chains is enhanced, and the possibility that the polycarbonate molecular chains move when the polycarbonate molecular chains are subjected to external force is reduced; by adding the hydrophobic agent, the molecular chain of the polyvinyl fluoride resin or the molecular chain of the ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer may form a cross-linked network structure with the molecular chain of the polycarbonate, so that on one hand, the stability of the molecular chain of the polycarbonate can be enhanced, and further the tensile strength of the PC sunlight plate can be enhanced, on the other hand, the moisture in the molecule can be blocked, the possibility that water molecules are close to the molecular chain of the polycarbonate is reduced, and further the possibility that the polycarbonate is subjected to hydrolytic aging is reduced. The scheme utilizes the synergistic effect of the organic montmorillonite and the hydrophobic agent, and effectively improves the tensile strength, hydrolysis resistance and aging resistance of the PC sunlight panel.

The possibility of oxidation of the PC sunlight plate is reduced by adding the antioxidant; the ultraviolet-resistant layers are covered on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main material layer, so that the aging speed of the PC sunlight plate due to ultraviolet irradiation is delayed, and the service life of the PC sunlight plate is further prolonged.

Further, the main material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

110 parts of polycarbonate 105;

11-13 parts of organic montmorillonite;

25-27 parts of a water repellent agent;

0.7-0.8 part of antioxidant.

By adopting the technical scheme, the main material layer has better tensile strength and aging resistance by adding the raw material components with specific mixing amount.

Further, the main material layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

107 parts of polycarbonate;

12 parts of organic montmorillonite;

25.8 parts of a water repellent agent;

0.72 part of antioxidant.

By adopting the technical scheme, the raw material components with specific mixing amount are added, so that the raw material components can play a great synergistic effect, the stability of the main material layer is effectively enhanced, and the aging resistance of the PC sunlight plate is further enhanced.

Further, the hydrophobic agent comprises (1-1.5) by weight: (2-2.7) polyvinyl fluoride and ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer.

By adopting the technical scheme, the polyvinyl fluoride and the ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer with specific mixing amount are added, so that the polyvinyl fluoride and the ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer can play a great synergistic effect, and the tensile strength and the hydrolysis resistance of the main material layer are effectively enhanced.

Further, the antioxidant is selected from one or more of antioxidant 245, antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168.

By adopting the technical scheme, the antioxidant 245 has better compatibility with the polymer, and the thermal oxidation resistance of the polymer can be effectively improved; the antioxidant 1010 has low volatility, high thermal stability and good compatibility with the polymer, and can effectively reduce the thermal oxidation decomposition speed of the polymer in the long-term use process; the antioxidant 168 is stable to hydrolysis and can significantly improve the photostability of the polymer.

Furthermore, the ultraviolet resistant layer is prepared by compounding one or more of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone and 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxybenzophenone.

By adopting the technical scheme, the phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate has better compatibility with the resin, and can be tightly bonded with the main material layer, so that the ultraviolet resistance of the PC sunlight plate can be enhanced; the 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone has good light stability and thermal stability, and can effectively enhance the ultraviolet resistance of the PC sunlight panel; the 2-hydroxy-4-n-octoxy benzophenone has good compatibility with resin, can be tightly bonded with the main material layer, can absorb ultraviolet light in a wider wavelength range, and enhances the ultraviolet resistance of the PC sunlight panel.

Further, the thickness of the ultraviolet resistant layer is 40-60 μm.

Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the anti ultraviolet layer of specific thickness can effectively ensure that PC sunshine board all has certain anti ultraviolet performance in long-time, can reduce the ageing speed of PC sunshine board, prolongs the life of PC sunshine board.

In order to achieve the second object, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a preparation method of an anti-aging PC sunlight plate comprises the following steps:

s1, uniformly mixing the raw material components in the main material layer according to the proportion to form a primary mixture;

and S2, putting the primary mixture and the ultraviolet-resistant layer raw materials into an extruder for high-temperature melting, covering the upper surface and the lower surface of the primary plate formed by extruding the primary mixture with the melted ultraviolet-resistant layer raw materials by adopting a co-extrusion process, and cooling to obtain a finished product.

By adopting the technical scheme, the raw material components are uniformly mixed firstly, so that the synergistic effect among the raw material components is favorably realized, the melted raw material of the ultraviolet-resistant layer is covered on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main material layer through the co-extrusion process, the anti-stretching strength and the hydrolysis resistance of the PC sunlight plate can be enhanced while the ultraviolet-resistant performance of the PC sunlight plate is enhanced, the aging speed of the PC sunlight plate can be delayed, and the service life of the PC sunlight plate is prolonged.

Further, in the step S2, the temperature at which the extruder melts the primary mixture is set to 300-330 ℃.

By adopting the technical scheme, the specific temperature is favorable for melting the primary mixture, and the primary mixture is conveniently extruded and molded by an extruder.

In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

firstly, the molecular chain of the polyvinyl fluoride or the molecular chain of the ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer and the molecular chain of the polycarbonate form a cross-linked reticular structure, so that the stability of the molecular chain of the polycarbonate is enhanced, the possibility of hydrolysis of the molecular chain of the polycarbonate caused by water is reduced, and the aging speed of the PC sunlight panel is delayed.

Secondly, the synergistic effect of the organic montmorillonite and the hydrophobic agent is utilized, the stability of the polycarbonate molecular chain is enhanced, the possibility of hydrolysis of the polycarbonate molecular chain can be reduced, and the tensile strength and the aging resistance of the PC sunlight panel are effectively improved.

Thirdly, the ultraviolet resistant layers are covered on the upper surface and the lower surface of the main material layer, so that the ultraviolet resistant performance of the PC sunlight plate is enhanced, the aging speed of the PC sunlight plate is further delayed, and the service life of the PC sunlight plate is prolonged.
