1. A preparation method of a foam sandwich composite structure is characterized by comprising the following steps:

processing a tank: processing a deep groove on a first surface of a core material layer and a shallow groove on a second surface of the core material layer along the thickness direction of the core material layer, wherein the deep groove is intersected with the shallow groove, and the depth of the deep groove is greater than that of the shallow groove; wherein the core material layer comprises a first surface and a second surface corresponding to each other along the thickness direction of the core material layer;

laying a skin: laying a first skin on the first surface of the core material layer, and laying a second skin on the second surface of the core material layer;

molding: adopting a resin curing process for molding to obtain a foam sandwich composite structure; wherein the deep groove and the shallow groove are both filled with cured resin.

2. The method of making the foam sandwich composite structure of claim 1, wherein the deep channels intersect the shallow channels by at least 1mm to 4mm in the thickness direction of the core layer.

3. The method for preparing a foam sandwich composite structure according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the deep grooves are processed in a grid-like pattern on the first surface of the core layer;

machining the shallow grooves in a grid shape on the second surface of the core material layer;

and on a plane vertical to the thickness of the core material layer, the deep grooves and the shallow grooves are arranged in a staggered mode.

The method for preparing a foam sandwich composite structure according to claim 3, wherein the step of processing the tank further comprises: machining a through hole in a first surface of the core material layer in a thickness direction of the core material layer; wherein the through holes are communicated with the intersections of the shallow grooves in a grid shape.

5. The method for preparing a foam sandwich composite structure according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that in the step "forming", the forming is performed by a VaRTM forming method using a resin curing process;

and/or, the step of "laying the skin" further comprises: and paving glass fiber cloth on the surface of the first skin or the second skin far away from the core material layer.

6. The method for preparing the foam sandwich composite structure according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the core material layer is made of PVC foam, PET foam, PS foam, HPE foam or PMI foam;

and/or the first skin and the second skin are both made of glass fiber.

7. A foam sandwich composite structure is characterized by comprising a first skin, a core material layer, a reinforcing filler and a second skin; the core layer is disposed between the first skin and the second skin;

the core material layer comprises a first surface and a second surface which correspond to each other along the thickness direction of the core material layer; the first surface of the core material layer is provided with a deep groove, the second surface of the core material layer is provided with a shallow groove, the deep groove is intersected with the shallow groove, and the depth of the deep groove is greater than that of the shallow groove;

the deep groove and the shallow groove are both filled with the reinforced filling bodies;

the strength of the reinforcing filler is greater than the strength of the core layer.

8. The foam sandwich composite structure of claim 7, wherein the deep channels intersect the shallow channels by at least 1mm to 4mm in the thickness direction of the core layer.

9. The foam sandwich composite structure of claim 7, wherein the deep channels comprise transverse deep channel portions and longitudinal deep channel portions, the transverse deep channel portions and the longitudinal deep channel portions intersecting to form a grid;

the shallow grooves comprise transverse shallow groove parts and longitudinal shallow groove parts, and the transverse shallow groove parts and the longitudinal shallow groove parts are intersected to form a grid shape;

the transverse deep groove portion and the transverse shallow groove portion do not overlap, and the longitudinal deep groove portion and the longitudinal shallow groove portion do not overlap, in a projection on a plane perpendicular to the thickness of the core material layer.

The foam sandwich composite structure of claim 9, wherein the first surface of the core material layer is provided with through holes in a thickness direction of the core material layer; the intersection of the transverse shallow groove part and the longitudinal shallow groove part is communicated with the through hole;

the through hole is filled with the reinforced filling body;

the core material layer is made of PVC foam, PET foam, PS foam, HPE foam or PMI foam;

the first skin and the second skin are both made of glass fibers;

the reinforcing filler is made of resin.
