The invention relates to the technical field of a hub structure and a manufacturing process thereof, in particular to a connecting piece of a rim and a spoke, a hub and a connecting method of the rim and the spoke.

Background

Please refer to fig. 1, which is a schematic structural diagram of a conventional hub of an electric vehicle or motorcycle. As shown in the figure: the wheel comprises a rim 1 (usually an iron ring) and spokes 2 (usually made of aluminum or engineering plastic), wherein the rim 1 and the spokes 2 are connected through connecting pieces 3. The outer end of the connecting member 3 is usually made of ferrous material, the outer end of the connecting member is welded with the rim 1, the connecting member 3 is further provided with a spoke joint part extending inwards, the spoke joint part is provided with a hole, and when the spoke 2 is formed by die casting, a base material (aluminum or plastic) penetrates through the hole and covers the spoke joint part of the connecting member 3 so as to realize firm connection between the rim 1 and the spoke 2.

However, the above structure has the following problems in the actual die-cast connection process:

1. offset of installation position of connecting piece

When the connecting piece is connected in a die casting mode, the connecting piece is usually placed at the corresponding position on a die firstly, but after a base material is injected, the connecting piece can move, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting piece usually deflects upwards, so that the deviation of a connecting part is caused, particularly the connecting part of the outer end of the connecting piece and a rim is dislocated, and the product quality is influenced.

2. In order to overcome the problem of the above 1, there is a problem that a manufacturer extends a positioning column downward from an upper mold to hold a connecting member downward, and although the problem of the offset of the mounting position of the connecting member is overcome to some extent, a hole 21 (see fig. 2) is inevitably formed at the outer end of the die-cast spoke, and the hole 21 not only affects the appearance, but also reduces the strength of the product. And because the working procedure of pressing the connecting sheet is added, the production efficiency is extremely low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a connecting piece of a rim and a spoke, a hub and a connecting method of the rim and the spoke, which solve the problem that when the rim and the spoke of the conventional hub are combined through the connecting piece and the spoke is manufactured by die casting, the connecting piece is easy to generate position deviation, can improve the connecting quality of the rim and the spoke, and does not influence the appearance and the connecting strength of the connecting part of the spoke. Meanwhile, the production efficiency is also improved.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a connecting piece of a rim and a spoke comprises a rim combining part arranged at the outer end and a spoke combining part which is connected with the rim combining part and extends inwards; the method is characterized in that: the connecting part of the rim combining part and/or the spoke combining part and the rim combining part is provided with a positioning part for preventing the die casting offset of the connecting piece.

Detailed Description

Please refer to fig. 3, which is a schematic structural diagram of a connecting member for a rim and a spoke according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in the figure: the connecting piece is made of metal (such as iron) and comprises a rim combining part 31 arranged at the outer end and a spoke combining part 32 which is connected with the rim combining part 31 and extends inwards; the spoke joint part 32 is provided with a positioning part 34 for preventing die casting offset of the connecting piece, and the top of the positioning part 34 is concave arc-shaped. The spoke attachment portion 32 has an aperture 35 therein. In this embodiment, the positioning portion 34 is formed by folding one side or both sides of the spoke joint portion 32.

Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic view of a hub structure using the connecting member of the present embodiment 1. As shown in the figure: it comprises a rim 1 and a spoke 2; the rim 1 is welded to the rim joint 31 of the connecting member as described above, and the spoke 2 is connected to and covers the connecting member. The hub is a disc brake hub or a drum brake hub.

The connecting method of the rim and the spoke comprises the following steps: the premise is that: the spoke is connected with the connecting piece through the die-casting mode and is combined:

before die casting, placing the connecting piece on a die;

b, injecting a base material (aluminum or engineering plastic) after die casting and die assembly, wherein the positioning part 34 of the connecting piece is propped against the die on the other side, so that the connecting piece cannot move in the die casting process, and the base material completely covers the connecting piece after die casting.

In order to ensure the beautiful appearance, after demoulding, the parts of the spoke 2 and the rim 1 are coated by paint, so that even the extremely small exposed part which is possibly caused by the top end of the positioning part 34 is completely covered, the product is beautiful, and the defect that the through hole is formed at the outer end of the spoke is avoided (as shown in figure 5).

To ensure that the less the exposed portion, the better, the top of the positioning portion is convex or concave curved or pointed.
