Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of logistics equipment, and particularly relates to a parcel separation module unit and a parallel separation device comprising the same.

Background

In recent years, the logistics industry has developed rapidly, and in order to improve the sorting efficiency of the articles, sorting machines are generally adopted to realize the sorting operation of the articles. It is through sorting different article to carry the article of accomplishing to the assigned position of will sorting, use the quick-witted letter sorting article of sorting not only to realize promoting by a wide margin of letter sorting efficiency, still reduced staff's intensity of labour. A sorting machine generally includes an article conveyor and an identification mechanism, where the identification mechanism collects information of articles conveyed on the article conveyor and sends the articles to different destinations according to the information on the articles, however, when the article conveyor conveys the articles, sometimes, due to the fact that two articles on the conveyor are closely spaced or closely arranged, the identification mechanism cannot identify two articles, and therefore sorting failure is caused.

For this purpose, many logistics companies have evacuation separators and parallel separators arranged one behind the other in the conveying direction, which together form the overall conveying path. The packages are separated in the conveying direction by parallel separating means.

The package separation module units distributed in a rectangular array in the existing parallel separation device are basically in the structure as shown in fig. 1 (see CN209720913U, CN110961361A, and CN111439563A), which requires a support 1, a plurality of ring-shaped rollers 2, and a servo motor 3, and has the problems of complex structure, large volume, large occupied installation space, and high cost.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the technical problems to be solved by the present invention is to provide a package separation module unit with simple structure, small volume and low cost.

The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a parallel separation apparatus comprising the above parcel separation module unit.

The wrapping and separating module unit as the first aspect of the invention comprises a supporting plate, a driving roller and a driven roller which are axially arranged at two ends of the supporting plate, and a belt which is wound on the driving roller, the driven roller and the supporting plate, and is characterized in that the driving roller is an electric roller.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a left driving roller cover plate, a right driving roller cover plate, a left driven roller cover plate, and a right driven roller cover plate are symmetrically fixed at two ends of the pallet, respectively, two ends of the driving roller are respectively and axially disposed on the left driving roller cover plate and the right driving roller cover plate, and two ends of the driven roller are respectively and axially disposed on the left driven roller cover plate and the right internal moving roller cover plate.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electric roller adopts "a kind of electric roller for integrating encoder servo control on a cross-belt sorter" disclosed in CN 204538904U.

The parallel separation device comprising the parcel separation module units as the second aspect of the invention comprises a rack and a plurality of the parcel separation module units arranged on the rack in a rectangular array distribution mode.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the electric roller is directly adopted as the driving roller in the parcel separation module unit, so that the whole parcel separation module unit is simpler in structure, smaller in size and lower in cost.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below in conjunction with the appended drawings and detailed description.

Referring to fig. 2, the parcel separation module unit a shown in the figure includes a pallet 10, and a left driving roller cover plate 21, a right driving roller cover plate 22, a left driven roller cover plate 31, and a right driven roller cover plate 32 are symmetrically fixed at two ends of the pallet 10, respectively.

Two ends of the driving roller 20 are respectively and axially arranged on the left driving roller cover plate 21 and the right driving roller cover plate 22, and two ends of the driven roller 30 are respectively and axially arranged on the left driven roller cover plate 31 and the right internal moving roller cover plate 32. The belt 40 is wound around the driving roller 20, the driven roller 30 and the pallet 10.

The active roll 20 of the present invention is an electric roll. The electric roller 20 adopts "a kind of electric roller for integrating encoder servo control on a cross-belt sorter" disclosed in CN 204538904U.

Referring to fig. 3, the parallel separating apparatus 50 including the parcel separating module unit a includes a frame 51 and a plurality of the parcel separating module units a mounted on the frame 51 in a rectangular array distribution.

The driving roller 20 in each package separation module unit a of the parallel separation apparatus 50 is controlled and driven by the control apparatus in the parallel separation apparatus 50. The rotation of the driving roller 20 moves the belt 40.

The above-mentioned parallel separation device 50 is used with the evacuation dispersion device 60, and the working principle and the using method thereof are the same as those in the prior art, and are not described again.
