At present, bridge cranes are distributed above plant workshops by taking spans as units; according to the actual needs of the factory building, the cranes of each span are responsible for respective hoisting areas, and the hoisting mechanism cannot hoist the goods across the crossing rail. Ground conveying mechanisms are usually set up in workshops to complete the relay among the spans. The lifting workload is increased, the floor layout of a workshop is influenced, and the optimal utilization of the space of the workshop is not facilitated; meanwhile, the working efficiency is influenced, and the cost of workshop transportation equipment is increased. Traditional rail crane mostly is suspension type rail crane, like the rail crane that hangs that the chinese patent CN201317623Y discloses, the girder of this hoist hangs on the cart track, and the cart also is located cart track below, and the girder here all extends along the straight line with the orbital fixed beam as the auxiliary girder, and the girder all is located cart track below with the orbital fixed beam as the auxiliary girder, and like this, the cart track does not influence the rail butt joint of crossing of girder and fixed beam. However, the over-rail crane adopting the suspension structure has a small lifting capacity due to the limited structure and poor load bearing structure, and is generally applied to places with small lifting capacity. When the suspension crane is applied to places with large lifting capacity, the manufacturing cost of the whole suspension crane is high, the safety coefficient is low, and the suspension crane is not suitable for being applied to places with large lifting capacity. Traditional rail crane also often adopts to refute and connect the station and cross the rail, crosses rail bridge crane like the disclosed mistake of chinese patent application CN110002342A, need to cross the rail through fixed position promptly, can not realize the rail of optional position, and this has just caused work efficiency low and certain limitation, can not satisfy the efficient requirement of real work, influences the job schedule.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical defects, the invention aims to provide the rail passing crane which can carry out rail passing and rail alignment at any position outside the upright post of the factory building, thereby greatly improving the working efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a rail passing crane comprises a track beam capable of transversely walking at the lower end of the track beam, wherein a driving cylinder capable of controlling the track beam to move is arranged on the track beam, a hoist is arranged at the lower end of the track beam, hoist limiting plates used for limiting the walking range of the hoist are arranged at two ends of the track beam, the hoist limiting plates are rotatably connected to the track beam, and an opening and closing cylinder used for controlling the rotating angle of the hoist limiting plates is further arranged on the track beam; the two ends of the track beam are respectively provided with a locking device, the locking devices comprise a walking limiting plate and a limiting cylinder which are respectively fixed on two longitudinal side faces of the track beam, the output end of the limiting cylinder is fixed with a baffle, and the travelling beam is further provided with an air compressor which drives a cylinder, opens and closes the cylinder and provides power for the limiting cylinder.

Preferably, the track beam is I-shaped steel or H-shaped steel, and the distance between the walking limiting plate and the baffle on the same side is the same as the thickness of the web plate of the track beam.

Preferably, the track beam is suspended and walks on the traveling beam through a plurality of suspension wheels.

Preferably, the air compressor and the driving cylinder are both arranged in the middle of the travelling beam.

Preferably, the length of the rail beam is less than the length of the running beam.
