The waterproof mortar is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of cement, 50-60 parts of graded sand, 3-5 parts of silica fume, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 1-3 parts of clay, 2-4 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.05-0.2 part of cellulose ether, 1-3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.02-0.05 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.05-0.3 part of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 0.05-0.2 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-2 parts of modified silicone oil hydrophobing agent of claim 1.

Background

The problems of leakage of building structures and prolonging of the service life of buildings are solved, and besides the waterproof and anti-permeability effects achieved through compact structures, the use of waterproof materials becomes an essential waterproof means. The modified silicone oil hydrophobic agent is prepared by adopting polymethyl siloxane as a main raw material and combining 1-heptene, chlorotert-butyl alcohol and chloroplatinic acid isopropanol, the hydrophobic agent is prepared by performing addition reaction on the 1-heptene, the chlorotert-butyl alcohol and SiH groups on silicone oil, the 1-heptene and the chlorotert-butyl alcohol are introduced into a silicone-oxygen chain to prepare modified silicone oil, and the introduced long-chain alkyl and the chlorotert-butyl alcohol have higher hydrophobicity, so that the hydrophobic property of the modified silicone oil hydrophobic agent is improved, and the impermeability of the polymer cement waterproof mortar is improved.

The method for preparing the hydrophobic agent comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring polymethylsiloxane and 1-heptene, adding chloroplatinic acid isopropanol, reacting for 1.5-2h, cooling to 60-70 ℃, adding chlorobutanol, and continuously stirring for 1-1.5h to obtain the hydrophobing agent.

The waterproof mortar prepared by the hydrophobing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of cement, 50-60 parts of graded sand, 3-5 parts of silica fume, 5-10 parts of fly ash, 1-3 parts of clay, 2-4 parts of titanium dioxide, 0.05-0.2 part of cellulose ether, 1-3 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.02-0.05 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.05-0.3 part of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 0.05-0.2 part of defoaming agent and 0.5-2 parts of modified silicone oil hydrophobing agent of claim 1.
