s100, injecting water, namely connecting a clear water pipeline with a paper machine to perform primary water injection operation, and enabling the paper machine to start to produce paper and discharge sewage;

s200, precipitating, namely injecting sewage discharged by the paper machine into a white water tank for precipitation to perform a first recovery operation to obtain recovered white water;

Preferably, in the step S200 of precipitating, the recovered white water needs to be subjected to water quality detection, and if the clarity of the recovered white water after precipitating can reach 10-30 mg/L, the recovered white water is injected back into the paper machine for recycling; if the clarity of the recovered white water after precipitation can reach 30-100 mg/L, injecting the recovered white water into a multi-disc filter for filtering; and if the clarity of the recovered white water after precipitation is higher than 100mg/L, injecting the recovered white water into the cleaning water tank.
