Sealing strip system (30) with at least one sealing strip (32) for sealing a suction zone of a suction roll of a machine for producing and/or treating a fibrous web, wherein the sealing strip (32) has a wear volume which gradually wears out by frictional contact with the roll, with a sensor device (34) for detecting a respective sealing state of the sealing strip (32) and with an evaluation unit (36) which can be connected to the sensor device (34), wherein the sensor device (34) is embedded in at least one sensor channel (40), the at least one sensor channel (40) extending at least partially inside the sealing strip (32) or on the sealing strip (32) in the region of its longitudinal direction (L) over at least substantially the entire length of a sealing surface (38) of the sealing strip (32) in the region of the wear volume, and the sensor device (34) can be connected to an evaluation unit (36) and/or a unit for supplying the sensor device (34) with a medium for generating information by means of at least one connecting device (42), the at least one connecting device (42) leading out of the sealing strip (32) via a lower region of the sealing strip, which is arranged on the side of the wear volume facing away from the sealing surface (38).

2. Sealing strip system according to claim 1, characterised in that the respective sensor channel (40) opens into the sealing strip (32) by a longitudinal, in particular groove-shaped, milling.

3. Sealing strip system according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the sensor device (34) is fixed in the at least one sensor channel (40) by means of an adhesive and/or form-fitting, friction-fitting and/or form-fitting.

4. Sealing strip system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one sensor channel (40) opens into the sealing strip (32) starting from an end face of the sealing strip (32).

5. Sealing strip system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one sensor channel (40) opens into the sealing strip (32) starting from the side of the sealing strip (32) facing the longitudinal face, in particular the suction zone.

6. Sealing strip system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one sensor channel (40) is arranged in the sealing strip (32) at the height of a predetermined wear point.

Sealing strip system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sealing strip (32) is provided with at least two sensor channels (40) arranged at different distances from the sealing surface (38), which sensor channels each extend inside the sealing strip (32) in the region of the wear volume in its longitudinal direction (L) over at least substantially the entire length of the sealing surface (38) of the sealing strip (32).

8. Sealing strip system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sensor means (34) comprise at least one wire, electrical conductor and/or optical conductor extending in a respective sensor channel (40).

9. Sealing strip system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the medium for information generation comprises a gas and/or a fluid which is guided in the respective sensor channel (40) or in a tube, hose (44) or the like arranged within the sensor channel (40).

Sealing strip system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one connecting device (42) of the sensing device (34) with the evaluation unit (36) and/or with the unit for supplying the sensing device (34) with a medium for information generation leads out of the sealing strip (32) via a lower region of the sealing strip (32) which is arranged on the side of the wear volume facing away from the sealing surface (38).

Sealing strip system according to claim 10, characterized in that the at least one connection device (42) of the sensing device (34) with the evaluation unit (36) and/or with the unit for supplying the sensing device (34) with a medium for information generation is led out of the sealing strip (32) via a lower region of the sealing strip (32) arranged on the side of the wear volume facing away from the sealing surface (38) on the lengthwise side of the sealing strip (32), in particular the side facing the suction zone.

Sealing strip system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connection means (42) of the sensing device (34) with the evaluation unit (36) and/or with the unit for supplying the sensing device (34) with a medium for information generation comprise at least one gas, fluid, electrical and/or optical line and/or at least one gas, fluid, electrical and/or optical connection.

Sealing strip system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the connecting device (42) of the sensing device (34) with the evaluation unit (36) and/or with the unit for supplying the sensing device (34) with a medium for information generation comprises at least one kink protection device, such as in particular at least one corner tube or the like.

Sealing strip system according to claim 14, characterised in that the region of the sensor device (34) which is led out of the sealing strip (32) with the evaluation unit (36) and/or with the connection device (42) of the unit for supplying the sensor device (34) with a medium for information generation, respectively, has, viewed in the direction of the axis (50) of expected wear, not only a predetermined minimum safety distance (d) to the sealing surface (38') of maximum wear of the sealing strip, but also, viewed in the longitudinal direction (L) of the sealing strip, a distance (X) relative to the corresponding end face (52) of the sealing strip (32) which is related to the adjustment travel of the dimensional limitation of the sealing suction zone in the region of this end face (52), wherein the distance X is in particular at least 5 cm.

Sealing strip system according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the sealing strip (32) has at least two sensor channels (40) which each open out into the sealing strip (32) from one longitudinal side, in particular from the same longitudinal side, wherein each of the at least two sensor channels (40) is arranged at the level of a predetermined wear point in the sealing strip (32).

17. A weatherstrip (32) for use in the weatherstrip system according to any one of the preceding claims.
