The invention relates to an electric appliance, in particular to an electric appliance capable of generating steam and water mist.

Background

Among electric appliances, electric appliances capable of generating steam and mist are increasingly widely used, such as face steamers, moisturizing sprayers, humidifiers, steam cleaners, steam cookers, steam cabinets, steam chests, and the like.

The existing electric appliances on the market have a common characteristic that the steam or the water mist is sprayed out by direct injection along the axial direction of a nozzle, and the sprayed steam or the water mist cannot play the role more effectively under the influence of the speed direction of the air flow. For example, the area, contact time and contact strength of steam or water mist contacting the face are affected by the speed direction of the direct jet, so that the beauty, skin care, oxygen supplement, health care and other effects of the electric appliances cannot be better exerted; the spraying machine, the humidifier, the steam cleaning machine, the steam boiler, the steam cabinet, the steam box and the like are limited by direct spraying airflow, and the humidifying, cleaning and steaming effects are difficult to improve.

The invention aims at the problems to provide the electric appliance with the airflow rotational flow device, which can rotate steam or water mist during spraying, thereby improving the use efficiency of the electric appliance.

The present invention is realized by the following means.

The electric appliance with airflow rotator for generating steam or water fog with electricity is composed of electric appliance body and airflow rotator, and the airflow rotator includes airflow guider, cyclone and current collector.

More specifically, the structure of the steam or water mist outlet end of the structural electric appliance at the inlet end of the airflow importer is adaptive to the structure, and the outlet end of the structural electric appliance is connected with the inlet end of the current collector or is combined with the current collector into a whole; the flow collector is composed of a cylindrical structure or a curved surface structure or a mixed structure of the cylindrical structure and the curved surface, and the outlet end of the flow collector is in a horn mouth shape, or in a petal shape, or in a contraction mouth shape; the inner cavity of the guide shell or the current collector is provided with a swirler installation positioning convex edge.

The swirler comprises a hole type swirler and a vane type swirler; the hole type swirler is in a cylindrical shape, one end of the hole type swirler is open, the other end of the hole type swirler is closed, the open end is provided with an installation edge, the closed end is planar or arc-surface-shaped, or the center part of the closed end is provided with a flow guide column, the top end of the flow guide column faces the installation edge, and the top of the flow guide column is planar or arc-surface-shaped; on the wall of the cylinder body, a plurality of swirl holes or swirl grooves are uniformly distributed along the circumference according to the set swirl direction, and when airflow enters the swirl holes or swirl grooves at the inner side of the cylinder body from the mounting edge end, rotating airflow is generated at the outlet of the swirl holes along the circumference of the outer side of the cylinder body; when airflow enters the swirl holes or the swirl grooves from the outer side of the cylinder, rotating airflow is generated at the outlets of the swirl holes or the swirl grooves along the circumference of the inner side of the cylinder; the blade type swirler is characterized in that a plurality of blades are uniformly distributed along the circumference according to a set swirling direction, two ends of each blade are respectively provided with a guide plate and a mounting ring, the guide plates are planar or arc-surface shaped, or the center parts of the guide plates are provided with guide columns, the top ends of the guide columns face the mounting rings, and the tops of the guide columns are planar or arc-surface shaped; when the airflow enters the swirler vane passage from the mounting ring end, a rotating airflow is generated at the vane passage outlet along the outer circumference, and when the airflow enters the vane passage from the outer side of the swirler deflector end, a rotating airflow is generated at the vane outlet along the inner circumference.

Preferably, the mounting edge end of the hole type swirler is integrated with the mounting and positioning convex edge in the flow collector, and the closed end is arranged in the guide cylinder; or, for the hole type swirler with swirl slots, the mounting edge end of the hole type swirler is integrated with the mounting and positioning convex edge in the current collector, and the closed end is arranged in the current collector; for cyclones that use swirl slots, the swirl slots are perforated circumferentially at the closed end.

Preferably, one end of the vane type swirler, which is provided with a mounting ring, is combined with the vanes through a mounting and positioning convex edge in the guide cylinder or the flow collector into a whole, the guide plate is connected with the end parts of the vanes into a whole, or the guide plate is combined with the closed end of the fumigant article placer into a whole; or one end of the vane type swirler with the guide plate is arranged in the flow collector, the vane with the guide plate and the flow collector are integrated into a whole through the inner side of the installing and positioning convex edge in the flow collector and the outer edge of the vane, and the installing ring and the end part of the vane are connected into a whole.

Preferably, the hole type swirler is provided with a through hole on the end surface of the closed end or the top of the guide post of the closed end; the vane type swirler is provided with a through hole at the top of the guide plate or the guide column on the guide plate.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. under the action of the rotational flow device, the air flow is rotationally ejected, compared with direct-injection air flow, the motion track of the rotational air flow is longer, more peripheral air or surfaces of human bodies and objects are contacted in the motion of the air flow, the air flow is more uniform, the contact time, the contact area and the contact strength of the air flow and the air, the air flow and the human bodies or the objects are increased, and the use effect of the electric appliance generating steam or water mist is favorably improved.

2. The rotational flow device is used on the face steaming device and the moisturizing instrument, and is beneficial to improving the effects of beauty treatment, skin care, oxygen supplementation, health care and the like; the cleaning effect can be obviously improved when the cleaning agent is used on a steam cleaning machine; the steam cooking device is used on a steamer, a steam cabinet and a steam box, so that steam can be more effectively contacted with cooked objects, the temperature is more uniform, and the cooking effect is effectively improved; the humidifying and spraying electric appliance can be used for remarkably improving the humidifying and spraying effect.
