The invention relates to a resin-based centerless grinding wheel, and belongs to the technical field of centerless grinding wheel preparation.

Background

Centerless grinding is generally performed on a centerless grinding machine, and during grinding, a workpiece is not centered and supported by a tip, but is placed between a grinding wheel and a guide wheel, supported by a supporting plate below the grinding wheel and driven to rotate by the guide wheel. In the prior art of preparing a centerless grinding wheel, the centerless grinding wheel is generally formed by using an aluminum alloy rod or an aluminum alloy plate as a substrate, turning the substrate, then hot-pressing an ultrahard grinding material layer, and then assembling a plurality of sheets.

Because the centerless grinding wheel is generally large in size, an aluminum alloy rod or an aluminum alloy plate is used as a base body, and although the mass of the centerless grinding wheel is lighter than that of a steel base body, the whole mass of the grinding wheel is still heavier; meanwhile, the superhard abrasive layer is poorly bonded with the surface of the aluminum alloy substrate by hot pressing, so that the grinding wheel has poor processing efficiency and service life.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a light resin matrix for a centerless grinding wheel, which is used for the first time, so that the weight of the grinding wheel is greatly reduced, and meanwhile, the application properties of the grinding wheel, such as strength and stability, are maintained.

In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

(1) hot pressing and hardening the resin powder and the additives to prepare a bakelite matrix; adding an abrasive wetting agent into an abrasive under stirring, then adding a resin bonding agent, and mixing for 30-60 min to prepare an abrasive mixture; the preparation method of the resin bonding agent comprises the following steps of mixing phenolic resin powder, copper-tin alloy 6040, silicon carbide, cryolite and chromium oxide for 2-2.5 hours to obtain the resin bonding agent;

(2) and (3) pressurizing and molding the bakelite matrix and the abrasive material mixture to obtain the resin grinding wheel.

The resin-based centerless grinding wheel disclosed by the invention comprises a plurality of resin grinding wheels, wherein the resin grinding wheels are assembled and combined to obtain a finished product; according to the invention, the aluminum alloy matrix of the centerless grinding wheel is changed into the resin bakelite matrix for the first time, so that the weight is reduced by 1/3-2/3;

the resin bakelite matrix is adopted, and the matrix material and the main components of the superhard abrasive layer are high molecular materials, so that the binding force between the abrasive layer and the matrix is increased;

The invention is further described below with reference to the following examples:

(1) hot pressing and hardening the resin powder and the additives to prepare a bakelite matrix;

preparing a resin binder: weighing raw materials, wherein the mass ratio of the raw materials to the phenolic resin powder to the copper-tin alloy 6040 to the silicon carbide to the cryolite to the chromium oxide is (20-40) to (30-40) to (15-24) to (2-5) to (2-8), respectively putting the components of a resin binder into a three-dimensional mixer, mixing for 2-2.5 hours, and uniformly mixing to obtain the binder for later use;
