s2: adding an initiator and an organic solvent into a reaction kettle, raising the temperature of the reaction kettle to 100 ℃, continuously stirring, standing, sequentially adding a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and a wetting agent into the reaction kettle, and uniformly stirring again;

s3: adding an alkaline neutralizing agent and a pH regulator into a reaction kettle, regulating substances in the reaction kettle to be weakly acidic, filtering out solid impurities in the reaction kettle by using a filtering device, and continuously adding a dehydrating agent into clear liquid drop by drop;

s102: adding deionized water, a composite emulsifier and a pH buffering agent into a reaction kettle, stirring, raising the temperature to 75 ℃, adding an emulsion into the reaction kettle, stirring and dispersing, and raising the temperature to 85 ℃;

s103: adding an initiator into the reaction kettle, continuously dropwise adding the monomer mixed solution and the initiator into the reaction kettle after emulsion in the reaction kettle turns blue, stirring for reaction, and continuously stirring for 30min in a heat-preservation state after dropwise adding is finished;
