step four, sequentially adding the remaining 2 parts of acrylic ester and 2 parts of peroxide initiator into the reaction container according to the proportion of the step three, keeping the heating temperature at 130-150 ℃, and stirring, wherein the reaction time is kept for 3-5 hours each time;

and step five, distilling the mixture obtained in the step four to remove residual alpha-olefin and acrylate.

The invention overcomes the defects of the prior art and provides the polyester base oil and the preparation method thereof, which can be used for preparing high-viscosity lubricating oil.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a polyester base oil comprising an α -olefin, an acrylate and a peroxide initiator in a ratio of 5:3: 3.

adding 0.5 part of acrylate and 0.5 part of peroxide initiator into a reaction container, keeping the heating temperature at 130-150 ℃, stirring, and keeping for 3-5 hours;

step four, sequentially adding the remaining 2 parts of acrylic ester and 2 parts of peroxide initiator into the reaction container according to the proportion of the step three, keeping the heating temperature at 130-150 ℃, and stirring, wherein the reaction time is kept for 3-5 hours each time;

and step five, distilling the mixture obtained in the step four to remove residual alpha-olefin and acrylate.

By adopting the scheme, the polyester base oil has good oxidation resistance, good adhesion and pour point and low manufacturing cost, and can be used for producing lubricating grease.

Detailed Description

In this embodiment, the polyester base oil includes α -olefin, acrylate and a peroxide initiator, the α -olefin, the acrylate and the peroxide initiator are in a ratio of 5:3:3, the α -olefin is 1-dodecene, the acrylate is isooctyl acrylate, the peroxide initiator is di-t-butyl peroxide, the viscosity index is 450-8000, and the pour point is-20-5 ℃.

In this embodiment, a method for preparing polyester base oil includes selecting 100 g of 1-dodecene, 60 g of isooctyl acrylate, and 60 g of di-tert-butyl peroxide, dividing 1-dodecene into 6 equal parts, and dividing 60 g of di-tert-butyl peroxide into 6 equal parts;

and step five, distilling the mixture obtained in the step four to remove residual olefin and acrylate.

The preparation method is equivalent to adding 6 equal parts of 1-dodecene and 6 equal parts of di-tert-butyl peroxide into a reaction vessel in six times in sequence, and the temperature and time of each reaction are the same, so that the stability of the polymerization reaction can be improved, and the preparation method is safer.
