As shown in fig. 1-3, the multifunctional clothing rapid dryer of the invention comprises a drying box 2, a visualization system 5, a drying device, a clothing size positioning system 7, a traversing device, a sterilizing device 4, a clothing mannequin 9 and a control device 8.

As shown in fig. 3, the traverse device 1 includes a rail and a flatbed; the track comprises a guide rail 301, a guide rail 302 and a track supporting cross beam 303 which are arranged in parallel, the guide rail 301 and the guide rail 302 are welded on the track supporting cross beam 303, and the track supporting cross beam 303 is perpendicular to the guide rail 301; the bottom of each track supporting beam 303 is provided with a vehicle track base 304. The flatbed includes flatbed rail mount 304, flatbed bottom plate 305 and flatbed gyro wheel 307. The bottom of the platform vehicle bottom plate 305 is provided with a plurality of rotary drawers, two ends of the rotary drawers are respectively provided with a roller 307, the rollers 307 are divided into two groups, the two groups of rollers are respectively arranged in the track grooves of the guide rails 301 and 302, the platform vehicle is driven by a motor, and the motor is connected with the control device 8. The upper part of the clothing mannequin 9 is made of heat-resistant rubber materials, the leg parts are made of rubber with metal meshes, when the drying box 2 works, the heat resistance of the clothing mannequin on the upper part is guaranteed, meanwhile, the appearance size of the model is changeable when the air pressure changes, and the leg parts are made of heat-resistant materials, and meanwhile, the stability of the mannequin installation is guaranteed.

As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the garment size positioning system includes a hydraulic cylinder mounting frame 501, a hydraulic cylinder 502 and a garment lower periphery clamp 503. A hydraulic cylinder mounting rack 501 is respectively mounted in each garment size positioning system mounting threaded hole 308, and a hydraulic cylinder 502 is mounted at the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder mounting rack 501 and fixedly connected through threads. The clothes lower surrounding clamp 503 is installed at the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder 502, the clothes lower surrounding clamp 503 is in threaded connection with the hydraulic cylinder 502, the position adjustment of the clothes lower surrounding clamp 503 is completed through the telescopic function of the hydraulic cylinder 502, tension sensors are installed on two inner side surfaces of the clothes lower surrounding clamp 503, the detection of the longitudinal tension of clothes is achieved, and the tension sensors are connected with the control device 8.

As shown in fig. 8, the garment lower periphery clamp 503 comprises a base, a movable clamp plate 1001, a tension sensor 1002, a suction cup gas delivery port 1003, a fixed clamp plate 1004, a slide 1005 and a suction cup port 1006; the fixed clamp plate 1004 is fixedly arranged on one side of the base, two slide ways 1005 are arranged on the base, the slide ways 1005 are perpendicular to the fixed clamp plate 1004, and two slide blocks are arranged at the bottom of the movable clamp plate 1001 and are respectively arranged in the two slide ways 1005; the movable clamping plate 1001 is arranged in parallel to the fixed clamping plate 1004, the internal driving sliding block is driven by a stepping motor, the stepping motor is connected with a control system, a suction cup opening 1006 is formed in the base between the movable clamping plate 1001 and the fixed clamping plate 1004, a suction cup gas conveying opening 1003 is formed in one end face of the base, the suction cup gas conveying opening 1003 is communicated with the suction cup opening 1006 to suck the lower portion of the garment to the middle proper position of the two clamping plates of the clamp, the stepping motor starting switch of the movable clamping plate 1001 is pressed down by the console, and the movable clamping plate 1001 moves towards the fixed clamping plate 1004 to complete size positioning of the garment. The drying machine case 601 is communicated with the drying box 2, and an air inlet fan is arranged at an opening of the drying machine case 601 communicated with the drying box 2. The top of the drying box is provided with an exhaust fan 603. The temperature sensor 10 is installed on the inner wall of the drying box in a threaded connection manner; the temperature sensor 10 and the disinfection device 4 are respectively connected with the control device. The visualization system 5 comprises a rotatable camera and a display, and the camera and the display are connected through a data line; the camera and the display are connected with the control device 8 respectively. 4) and (5) repeating the steps 1) to 3) to finish the drying process of the batch of clothes.
