The two cleaning assemblies are arranged on the inner wall of the valve body 1 and are symmetrically distributed at two ends of the valve seat 2, so that the length direction of the cleaning rod 14 is parallel to the axial direction of the valve seat 2; an accommodating groove 17 for accommodating the cleaning assembly is formed in the inner wall of the valve body 1, the cleaning rod 14 comprises a brush 18, the brush 18 is arranged on one side, opposite to the axis of the valve seat 2, of the cleaning rod 14, when the flange ball valve is in a use state, the cleaning rod 14 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 17 and seals the accommodating groove 17, and when the cleaning rod 14 cleans the valve core 4, the cleaning rod 14 extends out of the accommodating groove 17 so that the brush 18 is abutted to the inner wall of the valve core 4; the third driving part 15 comprises a plurality of groups of connecting units, and each connecting unit comprises a connecting rod 19, a rotating rod 20, a sleeve 21 which is sleeved on the rotating rod 20 and is in rotating connection with the rotating rod 20, a gear ring 22 fixedly arranged on the circumferential wall of the sleeve 21 and a rack 23 in toothed connection with the gear ring 22; two ends of the rotating rod 20 are respectively and fixedly connected with two side walls of the accommodating groove 17 parallel to the axis of the valve seat 2, and the rotating rods 20 are arranged side by side along the axis direction of the valve seat 2; one end of each connecting rod 19 is hinged with the cleaning rod 14, the other end of each connecting rod 19 is fixedly connected with each sleeve 21, and the rack 23 is connected in the accommodating groove 17 in a sliding manner; the third driving portion 15 further includes an air cylinder 24, a first magnetic block 25 and a second magnetic block 26 mutually attracted with the first magnetic block 25, the first magnetic block 25 is fixedly disposed on the rack 23, the second magnetic block 26 is fixedly disposed on a push rod of the air cylinder 24, the air cylinder 24 is fixedly disposed on an outer side wall of the valve body 1, and the air cylinder 24 drives the second magnetic block 26 to move along an axis direction of the valve seat 2 to drive the rack 23 to slide in the accommodating groove 17. In the scheme, when the flange ball valve is in a cleaning state, the flange ball valve needs to be in an opening state as necessary so as to communicate the inside of the valve core 4, the inside of the valve seat 2 and the inside of the valve body 1, and when the flange ball valve is cleaned, cleaning rods 14 symmetrically arranged at two sides of the valve core 4 respectively extend into the valve core 4 from two ends of the valve core 4 and enable the brush 18 to be abutted against the inside of the valve core 4; the air cylinder 24 drives the second magnetic block 26 to move, the rack 23 slides and drives the connecting rod 19 to rotate through the gear ring 22 under the action of magnetic attraction between the second magnetic block 26 and the first magnetic block 25, so that the cleaning rod 14 moves out of the accommodating groove 17 to a position where bristles are in contact with the inner surface of the valve element 4, then the second outer magnet 11 is driven to rotate on the outer side wall of the valve body 1 through the second driving part 12, the valve seat 2 is driven to rotate through the second inner magnet 10 when the second outer magnet 11 rotates, the valve element 4 is fixed in position through the sliding block 27 and the valve seat 2 at the moment, so the valve seat 2 can also drive the valve element 4 to rotate when rotating, and the brush 18 is driven to rotate through the valve seat 2 to generate relative displacement on the inner surface of the valve element 4 so as to clean the valve; after cleaning is completed, the air cylinder 24 drives the rack 23 to move through the second magnetic block 26 and the first magnetic block 25, so that the cleaning rod 14 is recovered into the accommodating groove 17, the sealing strip 40 on the cleaning rod 14 seals a gap between the cleaning rod 14 and the accommodating groove 17, and meanwhile, the second driving portion 12 drives the valve seat 2 to rotate and reset through the second magnetic coupling 9, so that the first inner magnet 6 and the first outer magnet 7 relatively recover to the relative position. In the present scheme, the second driving portion 12 is a mechanism capable of driving the annular second outer magnet 11 to rotate on the outer side wall of the valve body 1, for example, an electric motor, and the electric motor and the second outer magnet 11 can be driven by a gear or a belt.

A sealing ring 36 is further arranged between the valve body 1 and the valve seat 2, second annular grooves 37 are formed in end walls of two ends of the first annular groove 3, the sealing ring 36 is fixedly arranged in the second annular grooves 37, and one end, facing the valve seat 2, of the sealing ring 36 is abutted to the valve seat 2; the outer side wall of the valve seat 2 is sleeved with a plurality of bearings 38, the valve seat 2 is rotatably connected with the first annular groove 3 through the bearings 38, the outer side wall of the valve seat 2 is further provided with a sealing ring 39, and the sealing ring 39 is arranged between the sealing ring 36 and the bearings 38. A ring of sealing strips 40 are provided on the side walls of the cleaning bar 14, the sealing strips 40 sealing the gap between the cleaning bar 14 and the receiving groove 17 when the cleaning bar 14 is received in the receiving groove 17. The sealing rings 36 and 39 can improve the sealing performance of the joint between the valve seat 2 and the valve body 1, and the sealing strips 40 can improve the sealing performance of the cleaning part and prevent the fluid in the valve body 1 from entering the accommodating groove 17. The provision of the bearing 38 reduces the friction between the valve seat 2 and the valve body 1 when the valve seat 2 rotates.

The working principle is as follows:

in the scheme, the first magnetic coupling 5 is arranged to control the opening and closing of the valve core 4 so as to switch the flange ball valve between the opening state and the closing state, when the flange ball valve is in the opening state or the closing state, the first driving part 8 does not work, at the moment, the mutual repulsive force is not generated between the first outer magnet 7 and the second outer magnet 11, the sliding block 27 is connected with the positioning block 32 through the positioning groove 33 under the elastic force action of the compression spring 34, because the convex strip 30 in the first groove 28 on the valve core 4 extends into the sliding groove 31 of the sliding block 27, the relative rotation between the valve core 4 and the sliding block 27 can not occur, therefore, the valve core 4 can be fixed at the relative position with the valve seat 2 through the sliding block 27, when the valve core 4 needs to be rotated to switch the opening and closing state of the flange ball valve, the first outer magnet 7 is driven to rotate, the first outer magnet 7 drives the first inner magnet 6 to rotate by magnetic force, because the first inner magnet 6 is on the sliding block 27 and the sliding block 27 is clamped by the positioning block 32 in the first groove 28 at this time, when the first outer magnet 7 rotates to the N pole and the S pole which are respectively repelled with the N pole and the S pole on the first inner magnet 6, the sliding block 27 slides along the convex strip 30 to the direction far away from the second groove 29 under the action of the repelling force, so that the positioning block 32 is separated from the positioning groove 33, meanwhile, the first inner magnet 6 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the first outer magnet 7, when the first outer magnet 7 drives the first inner magnet 6 to rotate, so that the valve core 4 rotates ninety degrees in the valve seat 2 to complete the switching between the open state and the closed state, the motor 35 stops working, at this time, the sliding block 27 slides to the direction of the second groove 29 under the elastic action of the compression spring 34, and make locating piece 32 insert and accomplish the location in the constant head tank 33, such setting can prevent that this flange ball valve from causing the case 4 to take place the mistake to deflect in valve seat 2 because of the influence of factors such as the impact of rivers when using, influences this flange ball valve's normal use. When the valve core 4 of the flange ball valve is required to be cleaned, the first magnetic coupling 5 is driven by the first driving part 8 to enable the valve core 4 to rotate to a state that the flange ball valve is opened, at the moment, the interior of the valve core 4 is communicated with the valve seat 2 and the interior of the valve body 1, then the cylinder 24 drives the second magnetic block 26 to move, the rack 23 slides under the action of magnetic attraction between the second magnetic block 26 and the first magnetic block 25 and drives the connecting rod 19 to rotate through the gear ring 22, so that the cleaning rod 14 moves out of the accommodating groove 17 to a position where bristles are in contact with the inner surface of the valve core 4, then the second external magnet 11 is driven by the second driving part 12 to rotate on the outer side wall of the valve body 1, the valve seat 2 is driven to rotate by the second internal magnet 10 when the second external magnet 11 rotates, and the valve core 4 is fixed in position between the sliding block 27 and the, therefore, the valve seat 2 can drive the valve core 4 to rotate when rotating, and the valve core 4 is driven to rotate by the valve seat 2, so that the brush 18 generates relative displacement on the inner surface of the valve core 4 to clean the valve core 4; after the cleaning is completed, the motor 35 drives the rack 23 to move through the second magnetic block 26 and the first magnetic block 25, so that the cleaning rod 14 is recovered into the accommodating groove 17, and the sealing strip 40 on the cleaning rod 14 seals the gap between the cleaning rod 14 and the accommodating groove 17.
