The filter stick containing the exploded beads is flatly placed on the transparent carrying structure, the bottom of the transparent carrying structure is provided with a light source, and the light source can be a single light source or a combination of multiple light sources and can be selected as required. When the bead blasting filter stick is detected, the light source irradiates the filter stick to be detected, and the light source can penetrate through the bead blasting filter stick, so that the color of the bead blasting filter stick can be obviously displayed. The irradiation range of the light source can be full-range irradiation of the bearing structure or partial irradiation. An image capturing device in the detection device captures images of a filter stick to be subjected to bead explosion, the characteristics of the filter stick such as the shape and the color of the bead explosion are captured to form images, an image processor in the detection device accurately processes the images captured by the image capturing device, the characteristics of the filter stick such as the color and the shape of the bead explosion are identified, whether the color of the bead explosion is consistent with a produced brand is judged, and a result signal is output to a rejecting device. The detection device can perform all-range disposable detection on the bead blasting filter stick in the bearing structure and can also perform single-point detection. When single-point detection is carried out, the exploded beads in the bead-exploded filter stick are sequentially detected through the detection points.

The detection mode can be used for off-line detection and can also be used for composite on-line detection with production equipment.
