Technical Field

The present invention relates to a pull-out type circuit breaker in which a breaker main body is housed in a pull-out frame in which a terminal device is disposed so as to be able to be pulled out.

Background

Conventionally, a pull-out type circuit breaker having a shutter device is known. The pull-out type circuit breaker with a shutter device includes: pulling out the frame; a terminal device disposed on the pull-out frame; a breaker main body that can be pulled out from the pull-out frame; and a shutter device mounted to a front surface of the terminal device.

The terminal device has, for each phase: a plurality of pull-out frame side conductors connected to the power supply side conductor and the load side conductor; and an insulating base into which the plurality of pullout frame side conductors are inserted. The circuit breaker main body has a plurality of circuit breaker side conductors, and these circuit breaker side conductors are connected to the plurality of draw-out frame side conductors in a state of being housed in the draw-out frame. The shutter device has a function of covering the drawer frame side conductor when the breaker main body is pulled out from the drawer frame in order to prevent the drawer frame side conductor from being exposed when viewed from the breaker main body side.

For example, patent document 1 discloses a baffle device including: a fixed baffle having an opening into which a breaker-side conductor protruding from a breaker main body can be inserted; and a movable shutter that is moved by the drive mechanism to a position covering the opening of the fixed shutter when the breaker main body is pulled out. In this pull-out type circuit breaker, the insulating base provided for each phase is configured by combining bilaterally symmetrical half bodies, and the fixed barrier is easily attached to the insulating base by inserting the fixed barrier into the guide grooves provided in the 2 half bodies in a direction facing each other.

Disclosure of Invention

However, in the case where the insulating bases provided for the respective phases are integrally formed by molding, there is a problem that it is difficult to provide the insulating bases with guide grooves into which the fixed shutters can be inserted. Therefore, in the conventional pull-out type circuit breaker, the terminal unit may not be easily assembled or maintained.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pull-out type circuit breaker in which a fixed breaker can be easily attached to an insulating base even when the insulating base is integrally formed.

In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, a pull-out type circuit breaker according to the present invention includes a pull-out frame, a terminal device, a breaker main body, and a shutter device. The terminal device includes a plurality of terminal units arranged in the drawer frame, each terminal unit including a plurality of drawer frame side conductors connected to the power source side conductor and the load side conductor and an insulating base into which the plurality of drawer frame side conductors are inserted. The circuit breaker main body has a plurality of circuit breaker side conductors connected to the plurality of drawer frame side conductors in a state of being housed in the drawer frame, and can be drawn out from the drawer frame. The shutter device has a plurality of fixed shutters having a plurality of openings into which the plurality of breaker-side conductors are inserted when the breaker main body is stored into the pull-out frame, and a movable shutter that blocks the plurality of openings when the breaker main body is pulled out from the pull-out frame. The plurality of insulating bases are arranged in a 2 nd direction, which is a direction orthogonal to a 1 st direction, which is a direction in which the breaker main body is pulled out. Each of the plurality of insulating bases has a pair of wall portions opposing in the 2 nd direction. The pair of wall portions each have an engagement portion that engages with the fixed shutter. The engaging portions each have a 1 st extending portion extending in a 1 st direction and a 2 nd extending portion extending in a 2 nd direction from a tip of the 1 st extending portion. The 2 nd extending portion of one wall portion and the 2 nd extending portion of the other wall portion of the pair of wall portions extend in directions away from each other.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

According to the present invention, even when the insulating base is integrally formed, the fixing stay can be easily attached to the insulating base.
