Technical Field

The present invention relates to a digital protective relay device mounted on a distribution board or the like and an operation method thereof.

Background

The digital protective relay device is an apparatus as follows: an accident of a power system and a failure of a device to be protected in the power system (hereinafter, both are collectively referred to as "failure or the like") are detected, and a switch provided in a circuit breaker or the like is opened, thereby protecting the device to be protected.

In the digital protective relay device, a relay circuit is housed in a case and has an operation panel on a front surface. On the operation panel, a display signal such as a measured value and a signal indicating an abnormality are displayed, and a specific signal to be displayed, for example, a real-time measured value of current and voltage, is displayed by switching a switch or the like.

In a conventional digital protective relay device, when detecting a fault or the like in a power system, an open signal is output to a switch such as a circuit breaker in order to open and limit a section such as the fault, and information on a protection element to be operated and a corresponding phase is displayed on an operation display. At this time, when a failure or the like occurs or when maintenance inspection is performed, the maintenance/operator confirms the operation state through the operation display of the digital protective relay device.

However, when a power failure occurs due to a manual operation or the like other than a failure or the like, even if the digital protective relay device does not fail, it may be erroneously determined that the failure has occurred, and unnecessary cause finding, a confirmation test of soundness, or the like must be performed.

In view of the above problems, the applicant proposed the following digital protective relay devices: by providing the operation panel with a display unit that displays an operation during operation and an operation record recorded in the memory at the start of operation, even when a power failure occurs due to a manual operation other than a failure or the like, it is possible to distinguish and determine whether the operation display has been forgotten to be restored due to the power failure or whether the operation has been caused by the failure or the like (see patent document 1).

Further, a protective relay device is disclosed which stores a plurality of time-series data from the occurrence time of a failure or the like until a predetermined time elapses, and displays data at a specified time (see patent document 2).

Disclosure of Invention

Technical problem to be solved by the invention

As described above, in the conventional digital protective relay device, a fault or the like and a power failure are triggered and recorded. Therefore, even if a failure or a power failure does not occur, it is difficult to confirm whether the state of the display unit or the alarm lamp has changed or the input/output contacts of the digital protective relay device itself have operated due to a human operation or due to an abnormal operation of the device, that is, the cause of the operation.

The present application discloses a technique for solving the above-described problems, and an object of the present application is to provide a digital protective relay device capable of confirming whether a change in display contents of a display unit of the digital protective relay device and a change in lighting state of a lamp (hereinafter referred to as a display change) are caused by a human operation or caused by an abnormal operation of the digital protective relay device itself.

A method for operating a digital protective relay device according to the present application includes an arithmetic processing unit that converts an input analog electric quantity into a digital signal and performs arithmetic processing using the digital signal, an output circuit that generates and outputs an operation signal for operating a circuit breaker based on a determination result of the arithmetic processing unit, a display unit that sets a display item using an input from an operation unit or an input from an external device and displays an output from the arithmetic processing unit according to the set display item, and a lamp unit that shows an operation state of the digital protective relay device, the method comprising: setting the display item using an input from the operation section or an input from an external device, recording the setting content and the input time of the display item after a prescribed time passes under the set display item, recording a generation timing of the operation signal when the operation signal of the circuit breaker is generated by an input from the operation unit or an input from the external device, reading the recorded setting content and input time of the display item when the protected device of the digital protective relay device is not in failure and the display item set in the display unit is changed, and reading the recorded generation time of the action signal of the circuit breaker when the protected equipment of the digital protective relay device is not in fault and the lighting state of the lamp part is changed.

Effects of the invention

According to the digital protective relay device and the method for operating the digital protective relay device disclosed in the present application, since the input information and the input time set by the operation unit or the external device are recorded, it is possible to determine whether or not the display change of the digital protective relay device is caused by a human operation.
