When the system is used for cow skin tearing operation, the head of a cow carcass which is pre-peeled through the previous process is upwards hung on a sliding hook, the cow carcass is transported to the front of a hydraulic swing arm skin tearing device and above a cow leather pneumatic conveying device through a cow carcass conveying device, two rear legs of the cow carcass are fixed on a cow leg fixing frame of a cow leg tying device, a skin tearing hook at the end part of a skin tearing chain is hung on the cow leather which is pre-peeled, a motor is started to drive a skin tearing roller to rotate, meanwhile, a swing arm of the hydraulic swing arm skin tearing device swings from top to bottom under the control of a hydraulic cylinder, the cow leather is further torn down and wound on the skin tearing roller, after the cow leather is completely torn down, the cow carcass is fixed on a cow carcass rear leg of the cow carcass untwisting cow carcass lifting device, the cow carcass is transported to the next processing process through the cow carcass conveying device, the motor drives the skin tearing roller to reversely rotate, and the cow leather is released to the cow leather pneumatic conveying, the swing arm of the hydraulic swing arm skin tearing device swings from bottom to top under the control of the hydraulic cylinder and retracts, and the hydraulic swing arm skin tearing device resets to finish one skin peeling cycle and perform the next skin peeling cycle.

In the swing arm type hydraulic cow skin tearing system, the hydraulic swing arm skin tearing device, the cow carcass conveying device, the cow leg bolting device and the cow leather air conveying device are all made of carbon steel materials or stainless steel materials.
