Background

The evaluation of the oral special hospitals such as the third-level A and the like puts high requirements on the medical quality and the medical safety. In the hospital infection control and environment and safety management measures, the disinfection isolation system and measures of oral cavity radiation need to be equipped with a dental film holder to realize disinfection by one person, and strict improvement measures should be provided for the existing problems and defects.

In the daily work of oral cavity apex film projection, radiology departments of oral specialized hospitals gradually use various types of apex film holding frames nationwide. The image imaging plate (film) is clamped and fixed by the film holder, so that the teeth can be projected on the image imaging plate during X-ray exposure. The mode that the patient presses and holds the fixed image imaging plate by the fingers can be changed, the situation that the fingers are not cleaned and stretch into the oral cavity is reduced, and the occurrence of iatrogenic infection is reduced and avoided.

However, the existing apex sheet projection holder lacks of personalized design and cannot meet all-round clinical requirements. When the oral apical plate is shot, the patient groups are divided into adults and children, the dentition is divided into deciduous dentition and permanent dentition, even the image imaging plate has definite size requirements between the children and the adults, but the plate holding frame still adopts an integrated design, and the same design scheme and the same type of plate holding frame are applied to the children and the adults without differentiation.

From the current clinical practice, the following are common:

1. compared with the permanent teeth, the size of the deciduous teeth is about two thirds of the size of the permanent teeth. For children, the size of the other attached parts except the part for clamping and fixing the film holding piece is obviously too large for the unified film holding frame.

2. Therefore, those skilled in the art are dedicated to develop a children-dedicated oral cavity apex film projection film holder, which solves the problem that the film holder in the prior art is not matched with the children's oral cavity.

Detailed Description
