1. A fluid feeding implement, comprising:

a main body portion;

at least one valve portion that is mounted on the body portion and that is pierceable into a resiliently closable structure or a conductive resiliently closable structure.

2. The fluid feeding implement of claim 1, wherein the valve portion is made of a resilient and non-self-healing material.

3. A fluid feeding implement as claimed in claim 2 wherein the main body portion is injection moulded from a food grade silicone material and the valve portion is embedded in the main body portion by a self-healing resistant silicone material by secondary injection moulding.

4. The fluid feeding implement of claim 2, wherein the valve portion is made of silicone, rubber or latex material.

5. A fluid feeding implement as claimed in claim 2 or claim 4 wherein the valve portion is mounted on the body portion by injection moulding.

6. A fluid feeding implement according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the body portion is made of silicone, rubber or latex material.

7. A nipple, comprising: the fluid feeding implement of any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein said main body portion comprises a teat portion (210) and said valve portion comprises a teat air inlet passage (220) provided in said teat portion (210) and a pierced or pierceable teat air inlet membrane (230) provided in said teat air inlet passage (220).

8. The nipple of claim 7,

the valve portion includes a pierced or pierceable teat outlet membrane (240) provided at the end of the teat portion (210).

9. A straw member, comprising: the fluid feeding implement according to any one of claims 1 to 6 wherein said body portion comprises a straw portion (310) and said valve portion comprises a straw intake passageway (320) disposed on one side of said straw portion (310) and a pierced or pierceable straw intake membrane (330) disposed within said straw intake passageway (320).

10. A suction pipe piece according to claim 9,

the valve portion includes a pierced or pierceable straw outlet membrane (340) disposed inside the straw portion (310).

Technical Field

The invention relates to an infant feeding tool, in particular to a fluid feeding tool, a nipple and a straw piece.

Background

In conventional infant fluid feeding devices such as nipples, straws and the like, the liquid feeding device is usually hermetically mounted on a bottle, and an elastic closing valve is also arranged to prevent the liquid feeding device from being incapable of sucking or accidentally flowing out due to negative pressure in the bottle.

The nipple, the straw and the like are generally integrally molded by food-grade silica gel, the elastically closable valve is generally of a diaphragm structure and is directly integrally molded with the nipple and the straw, the piercing treatment is carried out in the subsequent process, and the materials for manufacturing the nipple and the suction pipe which are commonly used have high requirements on food safety, and a certain anti-biting capability is required, so that other components with anti-self-healing performance are not suitable to be added into the injection-molded silica gel, so that the existing silica gel for producing the nipple has a certain self-adhesiveness, the elastic closing valve is limited by the forming structure and needs to be made of the same material as the nipple, so the production and the manufacture have larger limitation, therefore, the problem that the piercing position is easy to adhere after long-term use to cause difficulty in sucking can occur, and meanwhile, the manufacturing materials of the valve body are limited, so that different use requirements are difficult to meet.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. To this end, the present invention provides a fluid feeding implement which can be produced with high flexibility by manufacturing a valve portion from a material different from that of a main body portion.

The invention also provides a nipple which can be made of a material different from that of the nipple part and has high production flexibility.

The invention also provides a straw member which can be manufactured with a valve portion of a different material from the straw portion and which is highly flexible in production.

A fluid feeding implement according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention comprises: the valve part is embedded on the main body part and can be punctured into an elastically-closed structure or a communicated elastically-closed structure.

The fluid feeding appliance according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages: through inlaying the setting valve portion for can adopt the material manufacturing valve portion different with the main part, can choose the material of valve portion as required promptly, make it not restricted by the material of main part, the flexibility of production is high, can satisfy different operation requirement.

The valve portion may be made of a non-self-healing elastomeric material so that it does not form a bond after long term storage resulting in airway obstruction.

The valve portion may be made of a colored material, such as opalescent, to facilitate identification.

The valve part can be made of temperature sensing color changing material, which is convenient for users to identify the temperature in the bottle.

In some embodiments of the invention, the valve portion is made of a resilient and non-self-healing material so that it can be stored for extended periods without forming a bond that could lead to airway obstruction.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the main body portion is made of food-grade silicone material by injection molding, and the valve portion is made of self-healing-resistant silicone material and is embedded on the main body portion by secondary injection molding.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the valve portion is made of silicone, rubber or latex material to meet different material usage requirements.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the valve portion is embedded in the main body portion by injection molding, so that it has a good structural strength.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the main body is made of silicone, rubber or latex material, which is soft and comfortable and facilitates the infant to suck and bite.

A teat according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention comprising a fluid feeding implement according to any one of the embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the main body portion comprising a teat portion, the valve portion comprising a teat air inlet passage provided in the teat portion and a pierced or pierceable teat air inlet membrane provided in the teat air inlet passage.
