Background

At present, a glue-bonded leather ball consists of an inner tube, a framework layer, an adhesive coating layer and leather from inside to outside. The inner tube has the functions of storing gas and keeping certain air tightness; wrapping or winding a proper amount of chemical fiber fabric or yarn on the surface of the inner tube to form a framework layer, then encapsulating, putting into a mold, and vulcanizing to obtain a semi-finished product, namely a middle tube; the surface of the middle tyre is sequentially polished, powdered and coated with solvent glue, the back of the leather is also coated with solvent glue, and finally, the surfaces are mutually bonded to prepare the final finished product. The invention has the beneficial effects that: after the circumference of the rubber liner is measured, the shape-separating treatment agent is brushed firstly, then the yarn is wound for 2 minutes in a dry mode, and then the yarn is wound for 2 minutes in a strong glue mode, so that the inner liner is separated after the yarn is wound, the appearance yarn is tightly combined, the softness of the product is effectively improved, the balance performance of the product is stabilized, and the hand feeling and the foot feeling can achieve the same effect as those of a full-hand seam ball.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.

A method for manufacturing a delaminating yarn bladder comprises the following steps:

firstly, inflating a rubber liner;

secondly, performing circumference measurement on the inflated rubber liner, and performing measurement on corresponding specification and size according to the requirements of different balls, so as to ensure the size requirement and achieve the specified standard circumference range of the finished yarn winding liner;

The ball product made of the delaminating yarn liner has stronger bouncing force, softer ball body and better balance degree; the hand feeling and foot feeling of the ball body are the same as those of hand-sewn football and volleyball, and the ball body can be used for manufacturing match-grade football, volleyball, basketball, handball, football and the like.
