Radix angelicae: being pungent and warm in property, it enters the lung meridian of stomach, large intestine. Has effects in expelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, inducing resuscitation, relieving pain, relieving swelling, and expelling pus. Can be used for treating common cold, headache, nasal obstruction, nasosinusitis, toothache, and pyocutaneous disease with swelling and pain.

Safflower: being pungent and warm in property, it enters heart and liver meridians. Has effects in promoting blood circulation, dredging channels, dispelling blood stasis, and relieving pain. Example 5-prevention of sub-health status:

Initial lodging: zusanli, Qihai, Shenshu, Sanyinjiao; middle voltage: guanyuan, mingmen, gaohuang, yin lingquan; final lodging: taixi, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli and Dazhui. After dialectical treatment, 1-5 acupuncture points are selected for application.

Clinical verification test

1.1 general data

The clinic, the sick area patients and the volunteers in 12 months-2021 months in 2019 of the Xiang' an hospital affiliated to Xiamen university are taken as research objects and are included into the standard: one of cardiopulmonary disease, digestive disease, gynecological disease, pain and sub-health state is met; absolute contraindications of magnetic therapy, infrared ray, external application of traditional Chinese medicines and the like do not exist; compliance is good, and treatment can be completed according to medical advice; fourthly, the medical record data is complete. Exclusion criteria: those not meeting the inclusion criteria; ② pregnant women, mental disorder patients, patients in the first-aid period of drunk state or serious diseases; ③ those who have the same period of privacy and receive similar interventions from other institutions. There were 1630 cases enrolled, of which 246 patients did not complete the study for any of a variety of reasons, and 1384 patients actually enrolled in the study, of which 764 men were aged (49.4 + -20.1) years, 620 women, and aged (48.0 + -20.6) years. There was no statistical difference between men and women at the age of onset (t 1.1521, P0.407). The disease prevention and treatment kit is divided into two groups according to the treatment or prevention of the disease of a patient, the treatment group is randomly divided into a three-volt patch group, a powerful rehabilitation patch group and a magnetic therapy patch group in the sequence of receiving treatment, and the disease prevention group is divided into the three-volt patch group and the powerful rehabilitation patch group (the magnetic therapy patch has different insights on different people in the concept of preventing diseases, so the magnetic therapy patch is not brought into the study in the first period).

1.2 preparation of the drug

According to the idea of the invention, the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine and the magnetic powder is defined to prevent and treat lung diseases, 2g of fried white mustard seed, 1g of astragalus, 2g of rhizoma atractylodis, 2g of vinegar rhizoma corydalis, 1g of asarum, 1.5g of cinnamon, 1g of ligusticum wallichii, 0.5g of borneol, 1g of angelica dahurica, 4g of far infrared ceramic powder, 3g of permanent magnet neodymium iron boron powder and 5g of ginger juice are taken, firstly, the traditional Chinese medicine is partially crushed and sieved according to the formula, and the crushed medicinal materials are required to be fine and smooth as the traditional Chinese medicine is directly pasted on the skin, and the diameter of each crushed traditional Chinese medicine particle cannot exceed 0.15 mm. The powder is sieved after being crushed, and the sieved powder can be used as medicine only, so that the uniformity of the sieved powder is improved, and the enlarged coarse area is more favorable for the exertion of the medicine effect. And secondly, after the grinding is finished, uniformly mixing the medicinal powder, then mixing the permanent magnet neodymium iron boron powder and the far infrared ceramic powder with the medicinal powder, and uniformly stirring for later use. Thirdly, boiling: decocting the above raw powder, oleum Sesami and medical hot melt adhesive at a certain ratio in a pot with Chinese fire, and adding anhydrous ethanol when the paste is pasty; fourth molding and magnetic adjustment: putting the pasty raw materials into a template, firstly filling medical woven cloth under a template hole, immediately putting the template into a magnetic field, and setting the parameters of a direct current electromagnetic machine: the inner diameter of the annular electromagnetic coil is 160mm, the outer diameter is 240mm, the height of the coil column is 100mm, the annular electromagnetic coil is formed by winding with the diameter of 1.2mm, and the resistance is 14 omega. The power output adopts a direct current output mode DC24-36V, the current is 1.7-2.6A, the magnetic field intensity of a working area is about 10-50Gs, the coil and frame insulation resistance is 100 MOmega, the temperature rise is less than 65 ℃, and the working environment is-10 ℃ to 100 ℃. The magnetic poles of the permanent magnet neodymium iron boron powder are orderly arranged at the NS end under the action of a magnetic field, and the traditional Chinese medicine components wrap the magnetic powder along with the air drying of the paste, so that the magnetic powder is naturally fixed. And fifthly, air drying: the process is carried out simultaneously with magnetic regulation and molding, ethanol is evaporated by using the heat of the far infrared ceramic powder, the temperature of the paste is reduced, and liquid components volatilize, gradually become hard and are shaped. And finally, packaging: and fixing the prepared module on the ready-made wax paper patch, and then putting the module into a sealing bag to finish the preparation of the novel three-fold patch.

1.3 methods of treatment

Before use, the magnetic field intensity of the ceramic chip is measured by a tesla meter, a Hall head is attached to one end of the rehabilitation plaster (if the magnetic field intensity is displayed, the magnetic field is opposite to the N pole, and the magnetic field is measured by being transferred to the other end of the rehabilitation plaster), if the magnetic field intensity is larger than 50Gs, the Hall head is continuously used, and the rehabilitation plaster is charged with light by using the power (the power is 150w, and the wavelength is 2-25um) of an infrared therapeutic apparatus 5min before treatment.

The three-volt patch is used for preventing diseases according to the flow of the three-volt patch. For lung diseases, the first lying paste is: dazhui acupoint, Dingchuan acupoint, Feishu acupoint and Tiantu acupoint; middle voltage: feishu, Dazhui, Geshu; final lodging: dingchuan, Tianshu and Tanzhong. For digestive diseases of the spleen and the stomach, incipient depression: pishu acupoint, Weishu acupoint, Zhongwan and Zusanli; middle voltage: zhongwan, Pishu, Liangqiu, Weishu; final lodging: epigastric, Weishu, Shenshu and Zusanli. For gynecological diseases, incipient depression: guanyuan, Shenshu and Sanyinjiao; middle voltage: xialiao, qihai, shenshu, xuhai; final lodging: guanyuan, uterus, Zhongji, and Xialiao. For pain, incipient depression: ashi point, bloody sea, pendulous bell; middle voltage: ashi point, Shenshu and Fengshi; final lodging: ashi point, Fengshi point, Sanyinjiao. For sub-health, incipient depression: zusanli, Qihai, Shenshu, Sanyinjiao; middle voltage: guanyuan, mingmen, gaohuang, yin lingquan; final lodging: taixi, Sanyinjiao, Zusanli and Dazhui. The plaster has auxiliary and supporting functions on treating diseases, and on the basis of the original disease treatment, 1-5 corresponding acupuncture points are respectively selected for application after dialectical treatment. The application time per volt for preventing diseases is 5 days, and each part for treating diseases is continuously applied for three periods of 15 days. The recovery paste can be uncovered when the skin is itchy and polluted during the treatment period, the recovery paste can be applied again within 24h as the treatment is continued, serious complications such as blisters occur, the treatment is stopped, the recovery paste can be replaced by new recovery paste, the time is calculated according to the original plan, and the like.

1.4 evaluation method

The Chinese disease diagnosis and treatment standard is consulted to establish that the patient is fully cured or good, namely, the symptoms and physical signs disappear, namely, the symptoms or original feeling of the patient complaints disappear, and the patient does not attack within 1 week and does not need to be treated again; the symptoms and physical signs are improved, namely the symptoms are obviously relieved, the disease frequency is reduced or the time between two times is prolonged compared with that before treatment; and thirdly, the symptoms and the physical signs are not obviously improved or even aggravated. The total effective rate is the cure rate plus the improvement rate. The patients were evaluated immediately after treatment (15 treatment days) and 1 month after treatment, combining telephone evaluation and field evaluation.

1.5 statistical methods

By (a)+ -s) represents the measurement data, the rate represents the counting data, and the curative effect is counted according to the grade data. the t-test being used for comparison of the metrology data, χ²The check is for comparison of count data and the rank-sum check is for comparison of rank data. P<0.05 indicated a statistical difference. Statistical software SPSS13.0 was used for statistics on all data in this study.

2. Results

2.1 age distribution to receive recovery Patches

Three patches were received at age (48.8 ± 20.3) with 607 cases receiving a potent rehabilitation patch, 334 cases male, 273 cases female, age (48.8 ± 20.0) and three groups with no statistical difference in age and gender (table 1).

2.2 different Patch magnetic Induction Strength

The magnetic induction intensity of 10 patches is measured, and the specific types of patches are four, namely a common three-volt patch, a powerful rehabilitation patch, a magnetic therapy patch with the diameter of 1cm and the thickness of 0.28cm, and a magnetic therapy patch with the diameter of 1cm and the thickness of 0.1 cm. The measured position is the position where the axis point of the patch is tightly attached. After one week of standing, the measurement was carried out in the same manner.

The magnetic field intensity of four kinds of application patches of variance analysis (One-way anova) has obvious difference, the magnetic therapy patch (0.28cm x 1cm) is the strongest and is (684.1 +/-146.4) Gs, the powerful rehabilitation patch (67.6 +/-11.2) Gs, the magnetic therapy patch (0.1cm x 1cm) is (54.1 +/-6.2) Gs, the common three-voltage patch is 0, and the powerful rehabilitation patch and the magnetic therapy patch (0.1cm x 1cm) have no statistical difference by comparing two by two through an LSD method, and the two are equivalent. After one week of standing, the magnetic field strength decreased by 1.7% -2.5%, but there was no statistical difference between the groups and before and after one week of standing.

2.3 comparison of the effects for the purposes of treating diseases:

391 cases of patients are treated, namely, the patients have related symptoms and complaints when coming to a clinic, and the effective rates of the ordinary three-volt patch, the magnetic therapy patch and the powerful rehabilitation patch after three treatments are 66.5%, 71.8% and 85.7%, which have statistical differences. The following visits are 1 month after the treatment, the effective rates of the common Sanfu plaster, the magnetic therapy plaster and the powerful rehabilitation plaster are reduced to 64.0 percent, 66.2 percent and 77.7 percent, and the three have no statistical difference (table 3).

2.4 therapeutic analysis for the purpose of preventing diseases:

there were 993 patients who were aimed at disease prevention, i.e., patients who had no associated symptoms at the time of visit, or who had mild, stable, and in remission. Because the idea of magnetotherapy plaster is different from the idea of Chinese medicine to prevent diseases, the experts of the subject group have no idea, so it is not included in the first-stage research. The effective rate of the common Sanfu patch and the powerful rehabilitation patch immediately after three treatments is 71.1 percent and 92.1 percent, and the three have statistical difference. The following visit 1 month after the treatment, the effective rates of the common Sanfu plaster and the potent rehabilitation plaster are reduced to 64.9 percent and 84.7 percent, and both the two groups have statistical differences, and also have statistical differences with the treatment end (Table 4).

2.5 side effects

The rehabilitation plaster and the sanfu plaster are relatively safe in treatment. Skin allergy is mainly manifested by itching and redness at the applied position, blisters in severe cases, fluid outflow after ulceration, secondary infection, and other discomfort, such as severe foreign body sensation at the applied position. The incidence rates of the side effects of the three-volt patch, the magnetic therapy patch and the powerful rehabilitation patch are respectively as follows: 4.3%, 8.1% and 4.7%, and the above side effects are treated without further damage. (Table 5)

3. Conclusion

The magnetic induction intensity of the 3.1 strong three-volt patch is obviously higher than that of the common three-volt patch, is equivalent to that of a magnetic therapy patch (0.1cm x 1cm), is (67.6 +/-11.2) Gs, and the attenuation of the magnetic field intensity after the patch is placed for one week has no statistical difference.

3.2 the short term (immediately after the treatment course is finished) effective rate of the common three-volt plaster, the magnetic therapy plaster and the strong effect rehabilitation plaster for treating diseases is 66.5 percent, 71.8 percent and 85.7 percent, the strong effect rehabilitation plaster is high, but the effective rate of the long term (one month after the treatment course is finished) has no statistical difference.

3.3 in the aspect of preventing diseases, the short-term (immediately after the treatment course is finished) effective rate of the common Sanfu plaster and the strong-effect rehabilitation plaster is 71.1 percent and 92.1 percent, the long-term (one month after the treatment course is finished) effective rate is reduced to 64.9 percent and 84.7 percent, and the rehabilitation plaster has better curative effect.

3.4 the incidence rates of the side effects of the common three-volt patch, the magnetic therapy patch and the powerful rehabilitation patch are respectively as follows: 4.3%, 8.1% and 4.7%, which are approximately equivalent to each other.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, however, the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the technical idea of the present invention, and these simple modifications are within the protective scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without departing from the scope of the invention. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.

In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.
