9. A method of flow eye closure of a device according to any of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:

s1, inserting one end of the drill rod into the flowing hole, and pre-tightening;

s2, rotating the pressing arm towards the direction of the flow hole, enabling the drill rod to penetrate through the first groove, enabling the screw rod to penetrate through the third groove, and enabling the pressing seat to abut against the pressing rod;

Background

For devices which are not tilted and used for storing aluminum liquid, such as an aluminum smelting furnace, a heat preservation furnace, a degassing box, a filtering box and the like, a flow hole for discharging the aluminum liquid is a position with high safety risk. Once the flow holes are not tightly locked, high-temperature molten aluminum is easy to flow out, and serious equipment and personnel safety accidents are caused. How to realize reliable, stable, simple and efficient locking of the flow hole is of great importance.

Medium and small aluminum casting enterprises are limited by cost and conditions, and generally adopt a mode of manually and directly driving a hole plugging drill rod into a hole plugging brick for plugging a hole, or using an aluminum ingot or an iron plate to abut against the hole after the hole plugging drill rod is firmly driven. The simple mode has great risk, is easy to loosen and run due to insufficient force, shortens the service life of the brick for the runner due to too large force, and brings great safety risk.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a device for retaining aluminum liquid to realize reliable plugging of a flow hole; the invention also aims to provide a flow hole plugging method for the device for retaining the aluminum liquid.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the invention can easily and reliably plug the flow hole by adjusting the hand wheel, the operating rod and the like, keeps a locking state and avoids the risk of loosening.

(2) Compared with the traditional method for blocking the flow hole, the method for blocking the flow hole can easily and reliably block the flow hole without strong impact during hole blocking, and the flow hole brick can be free from being struck by external force, so that the service life is prolonged.

During releasing, the hand wheel is appropriately unscrewed, the drill rod is pulled out, and the releasing speed is controlled.
