The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a heavy object transportation system and a heavy object transportation method for an old community, which can conveniently transport heavy objects up and down and save the space in a corridor.

As shown in fig. 3, the chain type conveying device 1 comprises two chain wheels 6, a chain 7, a supporting guide rail 8 and a motor 9, wherein the two chain wheels 6 are respectively positioned at the top end and the bottom end of the single-layer corridor, and the motor 9 is connected with one chain wheel 6; the chain 7 passes through the two chain wheels 6 and is connected with the two chain wheels 6, and the conveying plate 3 is connected with the part, close to the upper part, of the chain 7; one chain wheel 6 is provided with a chain 7 tensioning device to ensure the stability in the transportation process, and the other chain wheel 6 is provided with a chain wheel 6 buffering device to ensure the buffering effect in the starting and stopping process in the transportation process; support rail 8 is fixed on wall 2, and support rail 8 is located chain 7 and is close to the below of top part, and support rail 8 is close to top part contact with chain 7, and support rail 8 length is the same with two sprocket 6 intervals, and chain 7 is close to top part and connects transport plate 3 for support the gross weight of bearing device and heavy object, and support rail 8 can be close to top part to chain 7 and support, guarantees the stability of chain 7 motion.

When the heavy object needs to be transported to the upstairs, the chain type conveying device 1 moves downwards to enable the bearing device to move downwards to the bottom end of the corridor; placing a heavy object on the transport plate 3, and moving the chain type conveying device 1 upwards until the bearing device moves upwards to the top end of the corridor and then stops;

when the heavy object needs to be transported to the downstairs, the chain type conveying device 1 moves upwards, so that the bearing device moves upwards to the top end of the corridor and then stops; the weight is placed on the transport plate 3 and the chain conveyor 1 is moved downwards until the carrier is moved downwards to the bottom end of the corridor and then stops.
