1. A transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition mainly comprises base oil and a thickening agent, and is characterized by further comprising an additive, wherein the additive comprises an antioxidant, an antirust agent and an extreme pressure antiwear agent;

The antioxidant is an amine antioxidant and/or a phenol antioxidant; the antirust agent is barium sulfonate; the extreme pressure antiwear agent is organic molybdenum phosphate salt and/or polytetrafluoroethylene;

(1) mixing 12-hydroxystearic acid and dodecanedioic acid with 20-40% of base oil, heating until the 12-hydroxystearic acid and the dodecanedioic acid are completely melted, adding 40-60% of base oil, adding 40-50% of lithium hydroxide aqueous solution and all calcium hydroxide aqueous solution at 85-92 ℃, and performing saponification reaction; after the reaction is finished, heating to 100-110 ℃, dropwise adding the rest lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and then draining; raising the temperature to 195-200 ℃, naturally cooling, adding the rest base oil after the temperature is reduced to 175-185 ℃, and obtaining a mixture of the composite lithium thickening agent and the base oil;

(2) cooling the mixture of the composite lithium thickener and the base oil to 160-170 ℃, and adding an antioxidant; continuously cooling to below 80 ℃, and then adding an antirust agent and an extreme pressure antiwear agent to obtain a premix;

(3) post-treating the premix.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the post-treatment comprises homogenization, degassing, and filtration.

10. Use of a grease composition according to any one of claims 1 to 7 in a commercial vehicle.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, and particularly relates to a lubricating grease composition for a spline of a transmission shaft, and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the automobile yield, the product structure and other aspects have great development, so that the new and higher requirements on the automobile lubricating grease are provided. The problems faced by automobile parts and greases are: on one hand, although the using amount of the lubricating grease on automobile parts is small, the requirements on the variety and the performance are higher; on the other hand, the cost of the grease for automobiles is much lower than that of automobile parts and even entire automobiles, but in recent years, the cost of automobile parts factories has to be reduced due to the cost pressure of the automobile factories.

The basic function of a driveshaft spline is to transmit torque from one drive to another; the torque of the automobile engine is transmitted to the wheels through the transmission shaft so as to drive the automobile to walk. In the running process of an automobile, friction action is generated between a spline of a transmission shaft and a spline tooth of a spline sleeve due to sliding, extrusion action is generated due to torque transmission, and impact vibration action is generated due to bumping and matching of the automobile caused by uneven roads; therefore, the material on the key teeth is required to have not only good wear resistance but also sufficient impact resistance and adhesion to the key teeth. Therefore, nylon materials are sprayed on the surfaces of the spline shafts or the spline sleeves frequently, and lubricating grease is required to be coated on the spline pairs for lubrication, so that the axial force can be reduced, and good abrasion resistance, friction reduction, noise reduction and shock absorption effects are achieved.

In summary, according to the working condition of the spline part of the transmission shaft, the lubricating grease is required to have: the lubricating performance and the wear-resisting and friction-reducing performance are excellent; high and low temperature resistance; excellent water resistance and rust resistance; good oxidation resistance and long service life; the material has good compatibility; and the using temperature ranges from-30 ℃ to 150 ℃.

CN105542904B discloses a thickening agent and a composite lithium-based lubricating grease containing the thickening agent, wherein the thickening agent is a compound formed by compounding 12 hydroxy fatty acid lithium soap and dibasic acid lithium soap which are obtained by saponification of 12 hydroxy stearic acid, dibasic acid, lithium hydroxide and water, and then mixing the compound with boric acid; however, the thickener is a three-component product (i.e. a compound formed by compounding the 12-hydroxy fatty acid lithium soap and the dibasic acid lithium soap and then boric acid), and the performance of the lithium complex grease containing the thickener is not in accordance with the use condition of the spline part of the transmission shaft due to the large performance difference of the thickener caused by the existence of different fatty acids or inorganic acids.

CN106497661A discloses a fan spindle grease composition, which comprises 7-15% of a thickener, 80-90% of base oil, 1.5-3.0% of an extreme pressure antiwear agent, 0.5-2.0% of an antioxidant, 0.1-0.5% of an antirust preservative, wherein the thickener is a composite lithium-calcium soap; however, the main part of the grease is the fan spindle, which requires the product to be able to meet the requirements of low speed and heavy load, good low temperature starting performance, long service life, etc. of the fan spindle, and is the contact friction of the rolling bearing, and further the grease is not suitable for the spline part of the transmission shaft.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a (commercial vehicle) transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition aiming at the problems of poor service performance, poor lubrication and the like of the commercial vehicle transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition in the prior art; the transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition has outstanding water resistance, oxidation resistance, mechanical stability, extreme pressure resistance, high and low temperature performance and excellent anti-corrosion protection effect;

specifically, the main components of the transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition comprise base oil, a thickening agent and an additive, wherein the additive comprises an antioxidant, an antirust agent and an extreme pressure antiwear agent;

the thickening agent is a composite lithium thickening agent, the composite lithium thickening agent is prepared by saponification of fatty acid and alkali, and the fatty acid is 12-hydroxystearic acid and dodecastearic acidCarbon dibasic acid, and the alkali is lithium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide; the viscosity of the base oil at 100 ℃ is 9-30 mm2/s;

The antioxidant is an amine antioxidant and/or a phenol antioxidant; the antirust agent is barium sulfonate; the extreme pressure antiwear agent is organic molybdenum phosphate salt and/or polytetrafluoroethylene;

wherein the thickening agent accounts for 10-15% of the total mass of the main component; based on the total mass of the main components, the dosage of the extreme pressure antiwear agent is 2.5-5%.

The lubricating grease composition for the spline of the transmission shaft provided by the invention not only has excellent water resistance and the like, but also gives consideration to good rubber compatibility, and can meet the lubricating use requirement of steel at the spline part of the transmission shaft of a commercial vehicle on a plastic friction pair; in addition, the service temperature of the lubricating grease composition for the spline of the transmission shaft is wide, specifically-30-150 ℃.

Aiming at different friction pairs and different actual use conditions (such as a transmission shaft spline part of a commercial vehicle), higher performance requirements are provided for the lubricating grease, and higher requirements are further provided for the matching among components (such as base oil, a thickening agent, an additive and the like) in the lubricating grease. In the invention, the transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition is particularly suitable for the transmission shaft spline part of a commercial vehicle and is a steel-to-plastic sliding friction pair; the invention reduces the friction damage of steel to the plastic friction pair by mixing proper base oil, thickening agent and additive.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the 12-hydroxystearic acid to the dodecanedioic acid is 88-120: 22 to 30; the mass ratio of the lithium hydroxide to the calcium hydroxide is 18-25: 3 to 4.1.

Preferably, the mass ratio of the fatty acid to the alkali is 110-150: 21-29; the alkali is added in the form of aqueous solution, and the mass ratio of the alkali to the water is 1: 4-5; preferably, the mass ratio of the alkali to the water is 1: 5.

the composite lithium thickening agent is prepared from fatty acid and alkali in a mass ratio of 110-150: 21-29, and performing saponification reaction; the fatty acid is 12-hydroxystearic acid and dodecanedioic acid, and the mass ratio of the 12-hydroxystearic acid to the dodecanedioic acid is 4: 1; the alkali is lithium hydroxide and calcium hydroxide, and the mass ratio of the lithium hydroxide to the calcium hydroxide is (18-25): 3 to 4.1.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition, which comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing 12-hydroxystearic acid and dodecanedioic acid with 20-40% of base oil, heating until the 12-hydroxystearic acid and the dodecanedioic acid are completely melted, adding 40-60% of base oil, adding 40-50% of lithium hydroxide aqueous solution and all calcium hydroxide aqueous solution at 85-92 ℃, and performing saponification reaction; after the reaction is finished, heating to 100-110 ℃, dropwise adding the rest lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and then draining; raising the temperature to 195-200 ℃, naturally cooling, adding the rest base oil after the temperature is reduced to 175-185 ℃, and obtaining a mixture of the composite lithium thickening agent and the base oil;

(2) cooling the mixture of the composite lithium thickener and the base oil to 160-170 ℃, and adding an antioxidant; continuously cooling to below 80 ℃, and then adding an antirust agent and an extreme pressure antiwear agent to obtain a premix;

(3) post-treating the premix.

Preferably, the post-treatment comprises homogenisation, degassing, filtration.

The invention also provides application of the transmission shaft spline lubricating grease composition in a commercial vehicle.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the base oil of the invention has the advantages that the base oil is of the type and the proportion, so that the lubricating grease composition has excellent low-temperature and viscosity-temperature performances; the composite lithium thickener is further compounded, so that the water resistance and the shearing performance of the lubricating grease composition are particularly outstanding; the lubricating grease composition is further compounded with an extreme pressure antiwear agent (especially polytetrafluoroethylene), an antirust agent and an antioxidant, so that the lubricating grease composition has outstanding water resistance, oxidation resistance, mechanical stability, extreme pressure resistance and high and low temperature performance, and also has good rubber compatibility and excellent anticorrosion and protection effects; the lubricating grease composition also has the advantages of low oil separation rate, small evaporation loss, high shear stability and the like;

(2) according to the invention, by optimizing the preparation process of the lubricating grease composition for the spline of the transmission shaft, the obtained lubricating grease composition has a uniform soap fiber structure, so that the colloid stability of the lubricating grease composition is effectively improved;

(3) according to the invention, through optimization of the formula and the preparation process of the composition, the obtained lubricating grease composition for the transmission shaft spline has a wide use temperature, the specific use temperature range is-30-150 ℃, and the lubricating grease composition is especially suitable for the transmission shaft spline of a commercial vehicle;

(4) the spline grease composition for the transmission shaft has various performances superior to those of products in the prior art, and the performance parameters of the spline grease composition and the commercially available products are shown in Table 1;
