Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of planar fiber recycling, in particular to a planar fiber leftover recycling method and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The planar fiber is a fiber material with a relatively large industrial usage, and includes a two-dimensional fabric of carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, hybrid fiber or other fibers, a single-sided cloth of carbon fiber with a hot-melt thread, a multi-axial cloth, a sewn felt, and the like. These fabrics have a plain, twill, satin, multiaxial, unidirectional, various fiber composite fabrics and the like. Generally, after the fabrics are mechanically or manually cut or cut according to the size of the product, a large amount of leftover materials with different sizes and lengths are remained, because the size of the remained leftover materials cannot meet the size requirement of the composite material product and cannot be used by the composite material product, and the remained industrial waste is formed. Because the fiber performance of the waste is excellent, the waste is corrosion-resistant and does not decompose, and the common industrial waste is difficult to treat, so how to recycle the residual industrial waste fibers, fully utilize the excellent performance of the fibers, change waste into valuable, form benefit and benefit for environmental protection, and the technology of recycling raw materials for reducing cost becomes a leading problem and a solution direction of the prior art. However, there are very few patents and technical reports on the recycling technology of these planar fiber scraps, and the recycling technology is only limited to the preparation of small samples in laboratories, and there are no mature precedents and patent documents for the industrialized technology. An effective technical core is not formed, and an industrial technology which can be scaled and is suitable for mass production is formed. Therefore, the patent is a large-scale and mass-producible industrial technology which is independently developed aiming at the technical field, and the technology can be suitable for recovering and reusing all planar fiber leftover materials.
