Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly purification equipment, in particular to basalt fiber woven fabric for high-temperature flue gas dust removal and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The basalt fiber is a novel high-performance inorganic fiber prepared by taking natural basalt ore as a raw material through a wire drawing process, and the diameter of the basalt fiber is generally 7-13 mu m. The basalt fiber has the characteristics of no toxicity and harm to the environment, good high and low temperature resistance, high modulus, insulativity and the like. It is widely applied to reinforced composite materials, geotextiles, automobile curtain fabrics, filtration fields, ballistic protective fabrics and the like. In the field of high-temperature filter materials, the temperature resistance and the acid and alkali resistance of the basalt fiber are superior to those of glass fiber and other organic fibers, so that the service environment of the basalt fiber is more severe. However, basalt fibers are difficult to weave alone due to the defects of no crimp, difficult processing and the like of the fibers, and often need to be mixed with other fibers with crimp property to be processed into a high-temperature resistant filtering textile fabric, but the high-temperature resistance of the basalt fibers is also reduced after the soft fibers are added. In the temperature range of 300-350 ℃, the strength of the basalt fiber is rapidly attenuated, namely 40% in 1 hour and 80% in 3 hours. Furthermore, as the exposure time of the woven fabric in a high temperature environment is prolonged, the mechanical properties of the woven fabric are reduced, and the woven fabric is brittle and hard to withstand the pressure of high temperature smoke, resulting in local breakage. In the prior art, the filter material prepared by utilizing basalt fibers has the defects of poor high-temperature resistance, high fiber loss rate and low durability.
