The invention relates to the technical field of plywood processing and production equipment, in particular to a push-pull system for a push plate system of a plywood hot press.

Background

In the production process of the plywood, hot pressing is the most critical process step. The method comprises the steps of putting the plate blanks with different thicknesses and different curvatures into a heating plate layer of a hot press with the interlayer spacing of 5-8cm layer by layer, providing power through a matched hydraulic press, lifting the hot press with the plate blanks to the hot pressing height, and carrying out hot extrusion bonding on the plate blanks to form a molded product under the condition of keeping a certain pressure for a certain time. The hydraulic machine reduces the height of the hot press according to the working procedure. The product is then removed and a new slab is fed in, thus forming a complete hot pressing workflow.

The overflow of VOCs is mainly generated in the hot pressing process, and the concentration of VOCs is from high to bottom along with the hot pressing process, so that only a small amount of residual VOCs overflows in the processes of feeding the plate blank and taking out the finished product. The adhesive at the initial stage of the hot pressing process of the plywood chemically reacts at high temperature, part of organic components are heated and volatilized, VOCs generated in the process accounts for more than 70-90% of the total amount of VOCs generated by the processing technology of the plywood, and the main component of the VOCs is formaldehyde.

In the prior art, technicians in the field push a plate blank or push a finished plate out manually, however, under the condition of manual operation, the tightness of a plywood hot press cannot be guaranteed, so that the VOCs treatment efficiency and effect of the plywood hot press are restricted, and therefore how to develop a push-pull system which has high automation degree and can be matched with a push plate system of the plywood hot press is particularly important.

Referring to fig. 1-6, a push-pull system for a push plate system of a plywood hot press according to the present invention is illustrated, comprising a rear pull rod 1, side pull rods 2 and a front pull rod 3, wherein the rear pull rod 1, the side pull rods 2 and the front pull rod 3 are connected to form a pull rod frame; the slabs are placed in the draw bar frame, the finished product is pushed out of the hot press by the front draw bar 3, and simultaneously the slabs are pushed into the hot press by the rear draw bar 1.

The invention can push the finished product out of the hot press in one step and push the plate blank into the hot press, and the melamine paper can not be damaged by the push-pull system in the process of withdrawing after the actions are finished. In particular, as shown in fig. 1-2, when the second connecting member 19 moves forward, the pull rod 13 is driven to rotate. One end of the pull rod 13 is arranged on the track sliding block 15, and when the pull rod 13 is driven by the second connecting piece 19 to move forwards, the track sliding block 15 moves along the arc-shaped track 14, so that the pull rod frame is pushed to accelerate into the hot press. When the pull rod frame moves in an accelerated way, the finished product in the hot press is easier to push out. The pull rod frame is pushed outwards, and the finished product in the hot press is pushed out through the push plate block 10. In the process that the pull rod frame is pushed outwards and enters the hot press, the functional piece 5 is in the position relation shown in figure 3, and the stop block 6 stops the functional piece 5 from continuing to rotate, so that the functional piece 5 cannot be reset. At the moment, the front pull rod 3 is not supported by the functional piece 5, so that under the action of self gravity, the front pull rod 3 can be more attached to a hot pressing layer of the hot press when the pull rod frame is pushed outwards, and the finished plate can be conveniently and smoothly pushed out. The structure is particularly suitable for pushing out the thin plate, and the problem that the traditional pushing plate system fails to push out the thin plate frequently is solved. When the tie-rod frame is retracted, it is necessary to ensure that the slabs on the hot-pressing layer of the hot press and the melamine paper on the slabs are not touched. The situation that the pushed-in plate blank is taken out of the hot press and the melamine paper is damaged is avoided. Through the functional part 5, when the pull rod frame withdraws, the positional relation of the functional part 5 is as shown in fig. 4, the functional part 5 rotates towards the direction of the front pull rod 3, the front pull rod 3 is clamped through the second idler wheel 8, and the pull rod frame is supported through the first idler wheel 7, so that when the pull rod frame withdraws, the front pull rod 3 is higher than the plate blank and the melamine paper, and the pull rod frame can be withdrawn smoothly.
