The invention can realize full-automatic, accurate and efficient wrapper punching positioning, filling and folding edge pressing, and then kneading and forming, avoids malposition of the wonton wrappers in the transportation process, fixes filling materials by edge sealing of the overturning part after filling, and prevents the outer edges of the wonton wrappers from being simultaneously compacted so as to prevent the wonton wrappers from stating wrinkles during kneading and forming, thereby influencing the appearance, having low breakage rate and high working efficiency.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1) the dough sheet is accurate in sheet punching and accurate in positioning, and the phenomenon of dislocation and deviation cannot occur;

2) the stuffing is vertically filled in a sinking mode in the longitudinal direction, the weight of the stuffing is stable, the positioning is accurate, the empty filling phenomenon of the stuffing can not occur, and the yield is improved;

3) the wonton wrappers are folded after the stuffing is filled, and then the edges are pressed, so that the malposition cannot occur, and the product is attractive;

4) the wonton after being pressed is pressed and formed, so that full-automatic production and transmission are realized, and the working efficiency is improved.

The wonton production line is simple in structure and ingenious in design, can obviously improve production efficiency, reduces breakage rate, and achieves full-automatic and efficient production of wontons.
