The shapes of the brake shoe support body 11, the bulge 12, the mounting groove 121 and the through hole 122 can be determined according to requirements, for example, the brake shoe support body 11 in the embodiment is a rectangular plate body, and the back of the rectangular plate body is provided with a connecting seat 111 vertically connected with the rectangular plate body so as to be connected with other parts of the tread cleaning device; the bulge 12 is of a cuboid structure and is formed on the side surface of the rectangular plate body; the mounting groove 121 is a square groove, and the through hole 122 is a rectangular hole.

In practical application, in order to facilitate processing and installation and save space, the elastic reset piece 14 is a torsion spring, and two support legs of the torsion spring are respectively arranged on the wall of the mounting groove 121 and the brake shoe stop 13.

It can be understood that as shown in fig. 1, a mounting hole 123 and a slot 133 are respectively opened on the wall of the mounting groove 121 and the shoe stopper 13, and two legs of the torsion spring are bent and inserted into the mounting hole 123 and the slot 133 respectively. During installation, the torsion spring is installed through the notch of the installation groove 121, and then the two support legs are connected with the groove wall of the installation groove 121 and the brake shoe stop block 13. Generally, the protrusion 12 is further provided with a fabrication hole 124 communicated with the mounting groove 121, so that when the torsion spring fails and needs to be replaced, the torsion spring can be assembled and disassembled by using a relevant tool through the fabrication hole 124.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the present embodiment also provides a brake shoe fixing mechanism, which comprises a brake shoe 2 and the brake head 1, wherein the brake shoe 2 comprises a brake shoe body 21 and a mounting bracket 22, the mounting bracket 22 is arranged on the back of the brake shoe body 21 and forms an accommodating cavity 23 with an opening on at least one side with the back of the brake shoe body 21, two spigots 224 are arranged on the mounting bracket 22 and on the opposite sides of the opening, and the spigots 224 are communicated with the accommodating cavity 23. The brake shoe carrier 11 can be inserted into the receiving cavity 23, the two protrusions 12 can respectively penetrate through the two sockets 224, and the brake shoe stopper 13 can extend out and be clamped on the mounting frame 22 between the two sockets 224.

Specifically, for the situation that the brake shoe installation interface on the market is of a plurality of types, the brake shoe 2 shown in fig. 6 can be completely integrated, and then the brake shoe 2 is locked by matching with the brake head 1, so that the brake shoe 2 can be conveniently and integrally purchased, exchanged and installed.

When the brake shoe 2 is installed, the mounting frame 22 on the back of the brake shoe 2 is pushed in from the side part of the brake shoe support body 11, so that the mounting frame 22 is sleeved on the brake shoe support body 11, and the two bulges 12 respectively penetrate out of the two sockets 224; during the pushing process, brake shoe stopper 13 retracts into protrusion 12, and when brake shoe 2 is pushed to the bottom, the part of mounting bracket 22 between two sockets 224 abuts against the side of brake shoe support 11, and brake shoe stopper 13 is automatically ejected and clamped on mounting bracket 22 between two sockets 224 under the action of elastic force of elastic restoring piece 14, so as to lock brake shoe 2. Brake shoe 2 is removed by manually pressing brake shoe stop 13 back into boss 12 and then pulling brake shoe 2 out of the side of brake shoe carrier 11, as opposed to being installed.

Meanwhile, the double-insurance anti-falling design is realized, and when one elastic resetting piece 14 fails, the elastic resetting piece 14 on the other side can completely meet the requirements of fixing the brake shoe 2 and playing the anti-falling role, so that the locking is more reliable.

Further, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, for convenience of manufacture and installation, the mounting bracket 22 includes a U-shaped bracket body surrounded by two side plates 221 and a back plate 222, the two side plates 221 are connected to the back surface of the brake shoe body 21, a middle plate 223 is connected between the back plate 222 and the brake shoe body 21, two insertion openings 224 are formed by the two sides of the middle plate 223 and the space between the two side plates 221, and the brake shoe stopper 13 can be extended and clamped on the middle plate 223.

It can be understood that the front face of the brake shoe body 21 has an arc-shaped face that can match the tread of the wheel; the back plate 222 is parallel to the back surface of the brake shoe main body 21, the middle plate 223 is positioned at the opposite side of the opening, and the middle plate 223 can be provided with a through hole as required to reduce the weight; the backing plate 222, the two side plates 221 and the middle plate 223 enclose the receiving cavity 23 with the back of the brake shoe body 21. An avoidance port 2221 is generally formed in the back plate 222, and the avoidance port 2221 is communicated with one side of the back plate 222 close to the opening and is communicated with the opening; when the brake shoe 2 is pushed in from the side of the brake head 1, the connecting seat 111 on the brake head 1 is inserted into the avoiding opening 2221 to avoid interference.

When the brake shoe 2 is installed, the brake shoe 2 is directly pushed, and the torsional spring force of the brake shoe stop 13 is overcome by the pressure of the middle plate 223 in the installation frame 22, so that the brake shoe stop 13 is pressed into the installation groove 121; when the brake shoe 2 is pushed to the bottom from the side, the brake shoe support body 11 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 23, the inner surface of the middle plate 223 abuts against the side part of the brake shoe support body 11, and the brake shoe stop 13 automatically pops up under the action of the spring torsion of the torsion spring and is clamped on the outer surface of the middle plate 223 to limit the brake shoe 2 to be released. When brake shoe 2 is to be removed, brake shoe stop 13 is manually compressed and brake shoe 2 is then pulled out sideways.

In summary, the brake head 1 and the brake shoe fixing mechanism in the embodiment have the following advantages:

(2) Utilize two torsional springs and two brake head chock 13 locking structures, through the fixed brake shoe 2 of upper and lower double chock structure of 1 lateral part of brake head, can realize two side locking to brake shoe 2, realize the design of dual fail-safe anticreep, after fracture appears in a torsional spring, the opposite side torsional spring also satisfies fixed brake shoe 2 completely and plays the anticreep effect, locks more reliably.
