Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of production equipment of medicinal capsules, in particular to a full-automatic hard hollow capsule production line.

Background

The capsule is one of the oldest dosage forms of the medicine, originates from ancient Egypt, accounts for about one third of all dosage forms in the pharmaceutical industry, and therefore, the empty capsule used by the capsule is one of important packaging materials in the pharmaceutical industry. The hollow capsule is formed by sleeving a body and a cap. The capsule production process comprises the procedures of glue making, production, lamp picking, printing, sterilization, packaging and the like. Wherein the production process comprises the following steps: dipping, drying, demoulding, cutting and sleeving, thus completing the whole capsule production process and producing the hollow capsule which meets the industrial standard.

However, in the production line in the prior art, different people often hold different glue solutions according to their consistency during glue dipping, which causes uneven glue film thickness during glue dipping, and thus makes the difference of grain weight larger. Further leading to the increase of the difficulty of controlling the particle weight difference in the capsule production.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a fully automatic hard hollow capsule production line to solve the above problems.

Further, the heating assembly 63 is a resistance wire heating assembly, which includes:
