Background

The LNG ship is built with the lowest possible evaporation rate of the cargo tank desired by the owner, where the building requirements for the containment system are of paramount importance, and at lower evaporation rates this means that the owner can carry more natural gas. For the construction of LNG ships, cargo hold containment systems are in continuous upgrading and updating, the NO96 type adopts a novel design of L03/L03+, a sublayer insulation box adopts a novel technology of polyurethane foam boards, and the delivered LNG ships obtain lower evaporation rate after adopting the novel design of L03/L03+, but the novel foam boxes are extremely easy to damage in the transportation and installation process because the polyurethane foam boards belong to a chemical foaming product.

In the process of building the LNG ship cargo tank, the insulation box is slightly impacted or collided, so that the foaming box is often damaged, the foaming box with the damage in a certain range can be repaired according to the requirements of technical service providers, and the insulation box can be directly installed on a real ship after being confirmed to be qualified by the shipowner, so that the damage reporting rate of the insulation box is reduced, and a large amount of cost is saved.

After practical operation training, after the foam board is approved by technical service providers, an insulating box installer can repair the foam box meeting the requirements on site, due to the characteristics of the foam board, the foam board is extremely easy to damage, the size of a damaged part on site is different, the technical service providers have different requirements on each repair size with different specifications, new die tools are required to be continuously made on site, materials are wasted, and the efficiency is low.

manufacturing a general repairing tool; the universal repairing tool comprises an extension adjusting plate, a movable adjusting plate, an adjusting groove scale plate and a frame scale plate, the extension adjusting plates are arranged in parallel into two blocks, a transverse adjusting groove is arranged along the length direction of the extension adjusting plates, the movable adjusting plate is provided with two longitudinal adjusting grooves along the length direction, the two longitudinal adjusting grooves and the two transverse adjusting grooves are respectively arranged in a crossed manner, the connecting part of the transverse adjusting groove and the longitudinal adjusting groove is connected through a sliding shaft pin, the scale plates of the adjusting grooves are symmetrically arranged into two blocks, the scale plates of the adjusting grooves are symmetrically arranged, and one sides facing each other are provided with sliding grooves along the length direction, two ends of the extension adjusting plate are clamped in the sliding groove, and the two frame scale plates are arranged in parallel to form a rectangular frame structure together with the adjusting groove scale plates;

and step three, carrying out slotting repair operation on the upper belt repair area of the insulation box.

Preferably, in the first step, a lateral adjustment groove is formed on one side of the extension adjustment plate.

As a preferred technical solution, in the first step, the longitudinal adjusting grooves are located on the same straight line.

As a preferred technical scheme, in the first step, a fixing mechanism is arranged at the joint of the scale plate of the adjusting groove and the scale plate of the frame, and the universal repairing tool is fixed on the insulating box through the fixing mechanism.
