Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of food and medicine packaging mechanical equipment, in particular to a nest returning device and a nest returning method.

Background

The existing pre-filling needles (injectors) are filled and then fixed on a nest plate, and then are arranged in a nest box together, then visual detection needs to be carried out on the filled pre-filling needles, unqualified pre-filling needles are removed, the pre-filling needles need to be taken out of the nest box before the visual detection, the step is called nest removal, then visual detection is carried out on a single pre-filling needle, the qualified pre-filling needle after the detection returns to the nest box for output, the step is called nest return, and the unqualified pre-filling needles are removed. Therefore, in the nest returning machine, because unqualified pre-filling needles are removed after visual detection, redundant nest plates and nest boxes exist in the nest returning machine, however, the conventional method is time-consuming, labor-consuming and inefficient in that redundant nest plate nest boxes are manually taken away through alarming.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a nest returning device and a nest returning method which are time-saving and labor-saving and can improve the production efficiency.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a nest returning device comprises an injector conveying mechanism, an injector loading and transporting area, an empty nest conveying mechanism and a storage area, wherein a first transfer mechanism is arranged between the injector conveying mechanism and the injector loading and transporting area, a second transfer mechanism is arranged between the injector loading and transporting area and the empty nest conveying mechanism, an empty nest recycling port is arranged on the periphery of the injector loading and transporting area, and an empty nest recycling mechanism is arranged between the empty nest recycling port and the storage area.

As a further improvement of the above technical solution:

the empty nest recycling port comprises a nest plate recycling port and a nest box recycling port, the storage area comprises a nest plate storage area and a nest box storage area, the empty nest recycling mechanism comprises a nest plate recycling mechanism and a nest box recycling mechanism, the nest plate recycling mechanism is arranged between the nest plate recycling port and the nest plate storage area, and the nest box recycling mechanism is arranged between the nest box recycling port and the nest box storage area.

The nest plate recovery port and the nest box recovery port are respectively positioned at two sides of the injector loading and transporting area.

The nest returning device further comprises a bedplate, wherein the injector loading and transporting area, the empty nest conveying mechanism and the empty nest recovering port are all arranged on the bedplate, and the empty nest recovering mechanism is arranged below the bedplate.

Two parallel nest plate conveying mechanisms are arranged in the injector loading and transporting area.

The nest plate conveying mechanism is vertical to the empty nest conveying mechanism.

A nest returning method is carried out by adopting the nest returning device, and comprises the following steps:

s1: conveying the nest plate and the nest box: the nest plate and the nest box are conveyed along the empty nest conveying mechanism;

s2: carrying out injector loading and empty nest recovery: nest plates on the empty nest conveying mechanism are transferred to an injector loading and transporting area by a second transfer mechanism, and the injector is loaded and transported in the injector loading and transporting area; and the redundant nest plates and the nest boxes are conveyed to the empty nest recovery port and are recovered to the storage area through the empty nest recovery mechanism.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

according to the nest returning device, the injector conveying mechanism is used for conveying the injector, the first transfer mechanism is used for grabbing the injector on the injector conveying mechanism to the nest plate in the injector loading area, the empty nest conveying mechanism is used for conveying the nest plate and the nest box, and the second transfer mechanism is used for grabbing the nest plate on the empty nest conveying mechanism to the injector loading area and grabbing the empty nest plate and/or the nest box to the empty nest recovery opening. The working process is as follows: the nest plate and the nest box are conveyed along the empty nest conveying mechanism; nest plates on the empty nest conveying mechanism are transferred to an injector loading and transporting area by a second transfer mechanism, and the injector is loaded and transported in the injector loading and transporting area; and the redundant nest plates and the nest boxes are conveyed to the empty nest recovery port and are recovered to the storage area through the empty nest recovery mechanism. This return nest device mainly uses the rear end of examining the machine at the lamp, examines the front end of machine at the lamp and take out the syringe on with the nest board, and the lamp of sending into detects in examining the machine, qualified back, and the rear end of examining the machine again by the lamp dress returns to the nest board on, owing to examine the machine through the lamp and detect, need reject unqualified syringe, consequently, can cause nest board and nest box unnecessary, and this return nest device can retrieve unnecessary nest board and nest box, and labour saving and time saving can improve production efficiency.

The nest returning method is mainly applied to the rear end of a light inspection machine, the injectors on the nest plate are taken out from the front end of the light inspection machine, the nest plate is sent into the light inspection machine for detection, after the nest plate is qualified, the nest plate is returned to the nest plate from the rear end of the light inspection machine, and the unqualified injectors are required to be removed after the light inspection machine detects the nest plate, so that the nest plate and the nest box are redundant, the nest returning method can recover the redundant nest plate and the nest box, time and labor are saved, and the production efficiency can be improved.

The first embodiment is as follows:

fig. 1 to 7 show an embodiment of the nest returning device of the present invention, which comprises a syringe conveying mechanism 7, a syringe loading area 1, an empty nest conveying mechanism 2 and a storage area 3, wherein a first transfer mechanism 9 is arranged between the syringe conveying mechanism 7 and the syringe loading area 1, a second transfer mechanism 8 is arranged between the syringe loading area 1 and the empty nest conveying mechanism 2, an empty nest recovery port 4 is arranged on the periphery of the syringe loading area 1, and an empty nest recovery mechanism 5 is arranged between the empty nest recovery port 4 and the storage area 3.

The injector conveying mechanism 7 is used for conveying the injector, the first transfer mechanism 9 is used for grabbing the injector on the injector conveying mechanism 7 to the nest plate 91 in the injector loading area 1, the empty nest conveying mechanism 2 is used for conveying the nest plate 91 and the nest box 92, and the second transfer mechanism 8 is used for grabbing the nest plate 91 on the empty nest conveying mechanism 2 into the injector loading area 1 and grabbing the empty nest plate 91 and/or the nest box 92 into the empty nest recovery port 4. The working process is as follows: the nest plate 91 and the nest box 92 are conveyed along the empty nest conveying mechanism 2; the nest plate 91 on the empty nest conveying mechanism 2 is transferred to the injector loading area 1 by the second transfer mechanism 8, and the injector loading is carried out in the injector loading area 1; the redundant nest plates 91 and nest boxes 92 are sent to the empty nest recovery port 4 and are recovered to the storage area 3 through the empty nest recovery mechanism 5. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the empty nest recovery port 4 includes a nest plate recovery port 41 and a nest box recovery port 42, the storage area 3 includes a nest plate storage area 31 and a nest box storage area 32, the empty nest recovery mechanism 5 includes a nest plate recovery mechanism 51 and a nest box recovery mechanism 52, the nest plate recovery mechanism 51 is disposed between the nest plate recovery port 41 and the nest plate storage area 31, and the nest box recovery mechanism 52 is disposed between the nest box recovery port 42 and the nest box storage area 32. The redundant nest plates 91 are captured into the nest plate recovery port 41 through the second transfer mechanism 8 and then are conveyed to the nest plate storage area 31 for temporary storage through the nest plate recovery mechanism 51; the redundant nest boxes 92 are captured into the nest box recovery opening 42 by the second transfer mechanism 8, and then are conveyed to the nest box storage area 32 by the nest box recovery mechanism 52 for temporary storage. The nest plate 91 and the nest box 92 are collected separately, which facilitates the subsequent taking.

In this embodiment, the nest plate recovery openings 41 and the nest box recovery openings 42 are located on either side of the syringe shipping area 1. Compact structure and reasonable layout.

The upper part of the bedplate 6 is a closed working area, the nest plate recovery port 41 and the nest box recovery port 42 are arranged on the bedplate 6, the empty nest plates 91 and the nest boxes are respectively sent out through the nest plate recovery port 41 and the nest box recovery port 42 and are recovered into the nest plate storage area 31 and the nest box storage area 32, and the nest plate storage area 31 and the nest box storage area 32 can be arranged outside the working area on the bedplate 6 due to the conveying effect of the nest plate recovery mechanism 51 and the nest box recovery mechanism 52.

In this embodiment, two parallel nest plate conveying mechanisms 11 are provided in the syringe shipping area 1. The nest plate conveying mechanism 11 is used for bearing and conveying the nest plates 91, so that the nest plates 91 can be conveyed in the injector loading and transporting area 1 conveniently, and the two parallel nest plate conveying mechanisms 11 can be used alternately, so that the working efficiency is improved. Specifically, the nest plate conveying mechanism 11 is perpendicular to the empty nest conveying mechanism 2.

In this embodiment, the second transfer mechanism 8 is a gripper mechanism. Fig. 5 is a schematic view of a configuration of the gripper head 81 of the second transfer unit 8, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of another configuration of the gripper head 81 of the second transfer unit 8.

Example two:

fig. 8 shows an embodiment of the nest returning method of the present invention, which is performed by using the nest returning device, and comprises the following steps:

s1: conveying the nest plate 91 and the nest box 92: the nest plate 91 and the nest box 92 are conveyed along the empty nest conveying mechanism 2;

s2: carrying out injector loading and empty nest recovery: the nest plate 91 on the empty nest conveying mechanism 2 is transferred to the injector loading area 1 by the second transfer mechanism 8, and the injector loading is carried out in the injector loading area 1; the redundant nest plates 91 and nest boxes 92 are sent to the empty nest recovery port 4 and are recovered to the storage area 3 through the empty nest recovery mechanism 5.

The nest returning method is mainly applied to the rear end of a lamp inspection machine, as shown in fig. 7, injectors on a nest plate 91 and a nest plate 91 in a nest box 92 are taken out from the front end of the lamp inspection machine, the injectors are sent into the lamp inspection machine for detection, after the injectors are qualified, the rear end of the lamp inspection machine is installed back on the nest plate 91, the nest plate 91 filled with the injectors is put into the nest box 92, and the unqualified injectors need to be removed through the lamp inspection machine for detection, so that the nest plate 91 and the nest box 92 are redundant, the nest returning method can recycle the redundant nest plate 91 and the nest box 92, time and labor are saved, and the production efficiency can be improved.
