3. The method of claim 2, wherein, in step (1), humidifying the surface of the wood mat comprises applying water vapor to the upper and lower surfaces of the wood mat, each of the upper and lower surfaces being applied at an amount of 50-250g/m2

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the method further comprises performing a softening process before the pre-pressing process on the wood board blank to be compressed, the softening process comprising: heating the wood board blank to be compressed to 50-90 ℃, and adjusting the water content of the wood board blank to be compressed to 15-30 wt%.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein adjusting the moisture content of the wood mat to be compressed to 15-30 wt% comprises: spraying water on the surface of the wood board blank to be compressed, wherein the water spraying amount is 100-300g/m2

9. A wood board blank produced by the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.

10. The wood plank blank of claim 9, wherein the compressed wood plank blank has a moisture content reduced by 40% to 50% and a density increased by 30% to 240%.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of wood processing, in particular to a method for compressing wood board blanks, a single-layer hot press for the method and the wood board blanks prepared by the method.

Background

The solid wood slab has low density and poor stability, so the application range of the solid wood slab is limited. To solve this problem, those skilled in the art usually compress the solid wood board blank, and the internal structure of the compressed solid wood board blank is greatly changed (for example, the cut-off surface wood fiber, the cell cavity of the conduit is narrowed, the cut-off surface conduit has wrinkles and curls, the grain holes are obliquely arranged, the wood ray is distorted and deformed, etc.), so that the compressed solid wood board blank has improved mechanical strength, durability, stability and surface wear resistance. However, the existing solid wood slab compression process has long period, and further limits the production efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a method for compressing wood slabs, which has a short compression process period, reduces the water content of the compressed wood slabs by 40-50%, and increases the density by 30-240%, so that the stability of the wood slabs is improved.

The method for compressing a wood mat of the present invention comprises: carrying out pre-pressing treatment and thermal compression treatment on a wood board blank to be compressed; wherein the pre-pressing treatment comprises applying a pressure of 0.5-1MPa to the wood board blank to be compressed at the temperature of 100-200 ℃ for 0.1-1 h; the thermal compression treatment comprises the step of applying 16-28MPa pressure to the wood board blank subjected to the pre-pressing treatment for 1-3h under the conditions of 170-210 ℃.

In some embodiments of the invention, the pre-pressing treatment comprises applying a pressure of 0.5-1MPa to the wood board blank to be compressed at 100-150 ℃ for 0.1-1 h; or applying a pressure of 0.5-1MPa to the wood board blank to be compressed at the temperature of 190-200 ℃ for 0.1-1 h.

In some embodiments of the invention, the thermal compression process comprises: (1) compression and humidification treatment: humidifying the surface of the wood slab under the condition that the temperature is 170-210 ℃ and the pressure applied to the wood slab subjected to the pre-pressing treatment is 16-28MPa, wherein the duration time is 0.5-1 h; (2) compression and pressure maintaining treatment: maintaining the wood board blank treated in the step (1) at the temperature of 170-210 ℃ and under the pressure of 16-28MPa for 0.5-2 h.

In some embodiments of the invention, in step (1), humidifying the surface of the wood mat comprises applying water vapor to the upper and lower surfaces of the wood mat, the upper and lower surfaces each having an application amount of water vapor of 50-250g/m2. In some embodiments of the present invention, the method further comprises performing a pressure relief balancing process after the thermal compression process, wherein the pressure relief balancing process comprises the steps of relieving the pressure of the thermal-compressed wood board blank and then placing the wood board blank at a temperature of 35-40 ℃ and a humidity of 40-55% for 48-72 hours.

The invention also provides a single-layer hot press used in the method, which comprises an upper press plate and a lower press plate, wherein the upper press plate and the lower press plate are both provided with a plurality of vent holes, and the vent holes are suitable for spraying water vapor to the upper surface and the lower surface of the wood plate blank subjected to the hot compression treatment by the hot press.

In some embodiments of the invention, the upper platen has vent holes with a diameter of 1.5-5mm, and a spacing between adjacent vent holes is 4-20 mm; and the diameter of the vent hole of the lower pressure plate is 2-8mm, and the distance between every two adjacent vent holes is 4-20 mm.

The invention also provides the wood board blank prepared by the method, the water content of the compressed wood board blank is reduced by 40-50%, and the density is improved by 30-240%.

The method for compressing the wood board blank reduces the compression process period of the wood board blank, thereby improving the compression efficiency of the wood board blank. The method for compressing the wood board blank adopts water spraying softening treatment before hot pressing, prepressing treatment and humidifying treatment in the hot pressing process to ensure that the water content of the wood board blank is uniform, and the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate of the single-layer hot press used for the method are both provided with a plurality of vent holes, so that water vapor can be uniformly applied to the surface of the wood board blank in the hot pressing process to ensure that the water content of the wood board blank is uniformly distributed, thereby avoiding waste products caused by wood burst in the hot pressing process and reducing the rejection rate of the wood board blank.
