Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of mechanical equipment, and particularly relates to a blanking and material guiding device below a chute hopper of a bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer used in a bulk material stacking field.

Background

The bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is a large, continuous and efficient bulk and granular material stacking and reclaiming device, and is widely applied to stacking and reclaiming operations of bulk material (coal, coke, ore and the like) storage yards of thermal power plants, mines, ports, docks, cement plants, steel plants and the like at present.

The bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer has two modes of stacking operation and reclaiming operation. In the material piling operation, materials conveyed by a ground system adhesive tape machine are unloaded onto an adhesive tape conveyor on an arm support through a tail car, and then the materials are conveyed to the front end of the arm support through the adhesive tape conveyor and are thrown and unloaded to a stock ground. Through the operation of the whole device, the rotation and pitching of the arm support can respectively pile up regular material piles on the two sides of the device. The material taking operation is that materials are taken from a stock ground to a bucket wheel machine hopper through the rotation and pitching of the arm support and the continuous rotation of the bucket wheel mechanism, are unloaded onto a rubber belt conveyor on the arm support which runs in the reverse direction through a material sliding hopper, and then fall onto a rubber belt machine of a ground system through the material sliding hopper at the center of the equipment.

When the material is taken, in order to prevent the bucket wheel machine blanking bucket from scattering the bulk materials to fall to the edge of the system adhesive tape and even outside the system adhesive tape, a material guide frame is usually arranged above the system adhesive tape. Referring to fig. 1, the material guide frame includes a support 4 supported on the frame 1 at two sides of the system adhesive tape machine, and a vertical fixed material baffle 5 installed on the support 4. The fixed material baffle 5 is positioned above the system adhesive tape 2 and is deviated to the positions of two sides of the adhesive tape, and the upper end of the fixed material baffle 5 is connected with the bracket 4. Two fixed striker plates 5 on the existing material guide frame are located in two sides of a system adhesive tape 2 and close to the edge, the distance between the two is large, the material flow falling from a blanking hopper is deviated to the fixed striker plate on one side sometimes, the material flow deviated from the center of the adhesive tape can cause the deviation of the system adhesive tape 2, the adhesive tape 2 and an adhesive tape carrier roller 3 are damaged, and the material piling and taking operation is influenced. And because the lower end of the fixed material baffle 2 is closer to the adhesive tape, when the system adhesive tape machine is in a material passing working condition, the lower end of the fixed material baffle 5 can cut into the material flow, the material plowing phenomenon occurs, the material baffle 5 is not only subjected to endless abrasion, but also the bulk materials are often pulled out of the system adhesive tape and fall to the ground, and the bulk materials are wasted or the labor input for recycling is increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a blanking guide frame for the material taking operation of a bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer, which is used for guiding material flow falling to a system adhesive tape machine in the material taking operation and overcomes the defects that the adhesive tape deviates and a fixed baffle plate plows the material flow on a system belt due to the fact that blanking sometimes does not center in the existing guide frame.

The invention relates to a guide frame, which comprises a bracket supported on a machine frame at two sides of a system adhesive tape and a fixed material baffle plate arranged on the bracket, wherein the improvement is as follows: the distance between the lower end of the fixed material baffle and a system adhesive tape is increased, a material flow adjusting plate is arranged on the front side of the fixed material baffle, which faces the center of the system adhesive tape, a movable material baffle is arranged at the lower end of the fixed material baffle, the material flow adjusting plate is hinged to the upper part of the fixed material baffle by a hinge shaft which is longitudinally in the same direction as the adhesive tape, a material flow adjusting plate jacking screw rod is arranged on the back of the material flow adjusting plate, the jacking screw rod penetrates through a through hole of the fixed material baffle and is assembled on a nut fixed on a support, and the outer end of; the upper end of the movable striker plate is hinged on the bracket by a hinge shaft which is longitudinally in the same direction as the adhesive tape, and a hydraulic cylinder is hinged between the middle part and the lower part of the back surface (back to one side of the center of the adhesive tape of the system) of the movable striker plate and the bracket.

The working process of the invention is as follows: when the position of a blanking point falling from the material sliding hopper is not centered, in order to avoid the deviation of a system belt, the material flow adjusting plate is pushed by the screw rod to rotate around the center of the hinge axial system rubber belt, so that the lower end of the material flow adjusting plate shifts towards the middle direction of the system rubber belt, the blanking point of the material flow is adjusted, and the deviation of the system belt caused by the non-centered blanking is avoided.

When the material on the system adhesive tape is in a straight-through working condition, the hydraulic cylinder is extended to push the movable material guide plate to rotate around the hinge shaft, so that the lower end of the movable material guide plate is lifted above the material flow, and the material is prevented from being plowed.

The invention has the positive effects that: through regulation and control material flow regulating plate lower extreme position, prevent that the relative system sticky tape of bulk cargo that bucket wheel machine blanking fill was thrown off is not placed in the middle, eliminated because of the not enough of blanking lead to the off tracking of system sticky tape. The shortcoming that the material of the striker plate is plowed when the system adhesive tape machine is in a straight-through working condition is overcome by adjusting the rising and falling of the lower end of the movable striker plate. Through the improvement, the equipment performance is improved, the working state of the bucket wheel machine is improved, the overhauling and maintenance amount is reduced, and the service life of a system belt is prolonged.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the blanking buffering device of the present invention comprises a bracket 4 supported on the machine frame 1 at two sides of the system adhesive tape, and a fixed striker plate 5 installed on the bracket 4, wherein the improvement is as follows: through shortening the vertical dimension of fixed striker plate 5, increase the distance of 5 lower extremes of fixed striker plate and system sticky tape 2, set up material flow regulating plate 6 at fixed striker plate 5 towards the front side at system sticky tape center, set up movable striker plate 11 at fixed striker plate lower extreme.
