s3: spraying pest-sticking glue on two sides of the substrate of the cellulose-based biodegradable insect-attracting board prepared in the step S2 to obtain a pest-sticking glue layer, and covering release paper outside the pest-sticking glue layer to obtain the cellulose-based biodegradable insect-attracting board.
